Great idea, if only it worked!
Bought in 2024, this was wonderful when it worked, a pain in the ass when it jammed, I ended up shaking it, hoping to get coal out. I used the smallest size anthracite, but no matter what I used, it still periodically blocked. After about a year, it blocked solid, so for over a year now, I’ve had a rather useless garden ornament, and no way of accessing the coal, unless I tip it over.

The Smart Bunker is designed to work with specific fuel sizes and types, and while many customers use it successfully for years, factors such as fuel size, shape, moisture content and bridging can affect the flow of material through the hopper.
