Excellent.
As ever, excellent quality & speedy delivery. Recent orders include various fragrance oils, bicarb, citric ( both mono & anhydro), isopropyl & SLSA. The quality of products is fantastic.
A question though - for a while, 1 litre bottles of iso came in metal containers that once opened, had a small insert stopper & it took a little effort to open
This time, a very wide mouth non metal bottle which was shockingly easy to open. No “breakable seal” or pressing hard etc & for something like iso, that concerned me. I decanted into my metal bottle.
Considering fragrance oils now mostly come in that metal “tin” bottle (rather than the lovely glass bottles) & had the seal & well fitted stopper & take some effort to open, I wondered about the easy open iso bottle?
Otherwise; fragrance oils all good as usual. One I really didn’t like, gave me an instant headache, smelt chemical to me, but that’s not SK’s fault. I have certain allergies/ intolerances / reactions & can’t blame SK for that.
I’m still going to always wish the “normal” mono citric / granular size was still available ( last time I had was earlyish 2024 I think). Yes website declares can’t guarantee granule size, so fair enough, even grinding tho’ it’s not the same. But I can’t fault on quality!
So…. Excellent service, products, wide range of products, speedy & secure delivery. 5*
Edited after SK response. Was this a generated response? I’ve had much better / personal replies in the past. And I would maybe have expected, from a human, to ask which particular fragrance oil I couldn’t use. I’ve had better replies re the mono citric - ie more personal.
I’ve seen some other reviews where people have complained about an automated response.
I will still stand by excellent quality, & delivery - but Soap Kitchen - you are not doing yourself any favours re automated replies.

Poor customer service, copy & paste & ai responses to a complaint regarding product quality. After 8 years of being a loyal customer I will be finding a new supplier.

Quick Delivery, But Terrible Quality Essential Oils
My order was processed quickly and was ready for collection the next day. I was pleased until I unpacked the products.
The essential oils had a very weak scent — barely noticeable. They were also thick and contained clots. Whether this was due to improper storage or because they were already past their best-before date, I don’t know. None of the products had an expiration date on them. In my understanding, storing essential oils in metal containers is far from optimal, as they can react with the metal. Definitely the oils I have received were no longer good for use.
I don't think I will be using this supplier again.

Faulty container
Faulty container lid which meant we couldn’t open up the produce. Despite contacting customer services about this issue I have had no response.
