Received nothing. Can’t get in contact.

Paid and never received. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. The company have clearly gone out of business but are still taking orders and payments on their website. $200 down the drain.

Ordered, no tracking, no delivery, no email response, phone disconnected. I’m fuming.

DO NOT BUY!!!

They are taking money and not delivering. I’m in actual disbelief I have ordered numerous times from them in the past and never had an issue I ordered some refills back in April and have not recieved my order. I’ve tried contacting them through email on social media calling the number. It is all disconnected and they are not responding. They’ve taken my money I’m very disappointed something needs to be done. They CANNOT KEEP TAKING PEOPLES MONEY!

Ordered a product and paid for it. Never got the product sent to me! Emails were ignored.

Did a large order in November having had orders previously and they didn’t send and didn’t respond to my multiple emails. Have disputed with my bank-can’t believe they’re still accepting orders when they’ve gone out of business

Not happy with “The Star Stick” I haven’t had a delivery since June. It is now November and they are still taking money from my bank account. How do I stop this. Please cancel my payments. Respond to my emails as your phone number is disconnected. Low rating Star Stick

The company is deregistered. Their phone is disconnected. Their email bounces back BUT they are still taking money.
I paid for the refills and they were not received so I started investigating. The above is what I discovered.

I have contacted the ACCC after having spoken to Fair Trade NSW

DONT BUY, FRAUDS, THIEVES!! WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS FIRST BUT HAVING PURCHASED PREVIOUSLY I STUPIDLY TRUSTED, $98 PAID TO THIN AIR THIEVING %#^ THEY DONT DESERVE ANY STARS!! SHOULD RUN A CLASS ACTION THERES SO MANY ROBBED FROM THESE TWATWAFFLES!!

Order placed on the 22/07/24 confirmation email of the order and no tracking no nothing I’ve been arguing with Klarna to help me get it sorted but they aren’t having any luck with no response so whoever reads this please refund my $98 asap I will be in contact with ACCC on Monday thanks

I placed an Order #14340 25 June 24. Sent an email following up on 8 July with no answer. I am still waiting for my order!

Last two orders charged and not delivered. Company does not respond to emails and the contact phone number does not work.

This company is not communicating at all about my last 2 orders that I did not receive . Even PayPal that I usually use were not able to solve the problem. Look like this company is not in service anymore but they still take orders and charge for it . I ordered from them for over 2 years I din’t think they will do that to their costumers. Very bad . Pls be aware you will not receive your order.

We placed an order it was never shipped, they ignored all emails, chat attempts, messages and the phone is disconnected!! We entered a dispute with our bank reversed the charge and these ‘people’ have the audacity to challenge the dispute and say they fulfilled the order!!!! Funny that they can respond to that email!!!
Should be ashamed of themselves!

Appears to have stopped trading, but still taking peoples money.

Report to Fair Trading And dispute with your bank, it’s the only was to stop this sort of thing happening.

Do not order anything from this company they are a fraud they have taken payment out from my account and no goods have been delivered . Have tried contacting them via email on several occasions and the phone number listed is disconnected.FRAUDSTERS and THIEVES!!!!!

Same as a few other buyers, I have placed a purchase in July and never received anything. No luck in getting to contact anybody either.
