We recently had our gas fire, which wasn’t working, replaced with a Woodbury Slimline Eco 5. The team at Stoveco were extremely helpful and knew their stuff, which made choosing the stove simple.
The installation was carried out professionally, with minimum disruption and we were kept well informed by the fitters, George and Dan. There were some challenges, nothing ever goes that smoothly, but the guys on site and back at the showroom dealt with everything quietly and efficiently, which meant that we were able to enjoy our superb new fire that evening.

We would thoroughly recommend Stoveco to anyone looking for a new or replacement stove who requires peace of mind that their before, during and after sales service brings.

Stoveco provide a first class service, informative, friendly and efficient, can't fault them. Everything went smoothly including installation of my log burning stove during a two day power cut. I wouldn't be without my stove, it makes such a difference. I would highly recommend Stoveco.

Fantastic service from Stoveco. From start to finish of the job. They did a full property survey and planned the installation of our wood burner. They ensured that the flooring etc was fully protected and installation was seamless. All done to plan and budget. I would thoroughly recommend them.

I can't praise Stoveco highly enough. From start to finish the process was so smooth. I was given a detailed quote at the enquiry stage, everything explained fully. The men who removed my old stove and installed a new one were polite, friendly, professional and reassured me at every stage of what was a complicated job. They left the area tidy at the end of every day and removed all rubbish. The stove itself is wonderful and I'm one very happy customer. I recommend Stoveco without reservation.

Second time we've used stoveco for wood burner installation and second time we've had excellent service. Dan even let me pick his brains about our kitchen chimney! Very happy cat and toasty family. We did experience a 2 week delay from our original installation date but I was informed well in advance of a problem from the supplier's end. More than happy with the way everything was done .

Stoveco installation took 9 weeks from start to finish Then 52 weeks after the job started sent a invoice for alleged extras which were agreed at quotation stage

Everything from start to finish was first class. Thanks to Andy for the house visit and advice. Brian for delivering logs. George and Alex for the fitting of our log burner. We are more than happy as it is stunning and a lovely feature to our house/conservatory. I would highly recommend to anyone.
