I would score lower but can’t. I used my partners card to deposit as mine was blocked by the bank for using it on the website and we won £2,400+. The wouldn’t pay as they stated it was a breach of terms as I used my partners card. Closed the account. No appeal over the decision. That’s a lot of money particularly when you deposited about 500. The website was happy enough to take the money off that card but not pay the winnings. Feel so sick

Good site so far, deposited £30 and won £200, stated it can take up to 3 days to transfer cash to bank account, money went in within the hour and they didn't ask for any docs.

I have a similar experience as many others i have read, upon requesting a withdrawal my account is frozen not before accepting several deposits first. I have supplied all the documents and will now wait 3 days expecting there will be some kind of issue that prevents my payout.

As expected 3 days and now sun vegas tells me that they cannot accept my national id card,the same one i opened the account with and have withdrawn money no issues in the past. Only driving license or passport ,i do not have either so my £60 will remain in my frozen account ,it baffles me why they treat customers so badly, patronising emails, rude staff ,robbing cheating #$%$s. Account has been restricted with money in the account due to not veryfying my account. Sent documents 4 times and have a different reason for why they’ve been rejected. Apparently iPhone cameras are an issue now as they apply a filter. I have money sitting in the account. No help from live chat and keep getting told it’s another 3 day time frame when sending the documents to them being verified. Don’t like paying out! Avoid!!!!!
