I haven’t been paid for weeks, and this is starting to look like a scam. But The “Livo-AI trading bot” has not denied me in profit the bot generates weekly payments

Doesn't even work, is not a legitimate operation

Urgent: Breach of Trade Integrity and Request for Resolution

Dear TTC,

I am writing to formally address significant issues that have severely impacted my trading account and breached the integrity of your platform. Specifically, I noticed the following:
1. On Friday, December 13, during active market hours (Friday afternoon), the chart on your platform was paused, falsely indicating the market was closed. This directly contradicted actual market conditions, which I verified with multiple brokers.
2. I placed a trade that reached my Take Profit (TP) level according to real market prices, but your platform failed to execute the TP due to the frozen chart. Instead, the trade was recorded as hitting my Stop Loss (SL), resulting in an unjust account breach.
3. Despite reaching out through your support channels, I have received no response to date, which is unacceptable.

This pattern of manipulation—pausing charts, delaying execution, and misrepresenting market conditions—undermines trust in your platform and suggests intentional foul play. It also breaches the terms of fair trading as outlined in your agreement with clients.

I am requesting the following actions immediately:
1. A full investigation into the incidents described above, including your server logs and price feed discrepancies.
2. A reversal of the account breach and reimbursement of the affected funds.
3. Confirmation that your platform has rectified these issues to ensure such manipulations do not occur in the future.

Failure to address this matter promptly will compel me to escalate the issue to relevant financial regulators and trading communities to expose the unethical practices observed on your platform. I trust you will handle this matter with the urgency and integrity it deserves.

They claimed that they offer deriv synthetic indices but after paying for a challenge. they gave me a forex account instead. I stayed humble traded anyway. when I passed the phases following rules and everything, I submitted my account for review so i could get funded. the review took 4days instead of 24hrs as they claim,after they sent me an email of "you breaced so many rules" and when I asked which rules they never replied and took away the account till today.

The most useless bought a 3rd account and now they have said I breached again yet I had a drawdown of -$34 in an account of $5000

this should be the worst profirm ever. after getting over 5 accounts and learning about all their stupid rules, my account was still breached for reasons best known to them i guess because they didn't say. anyways e no go better for both the profirm and mr p himself

So, after 10 days of waiting, they denied my profit.

You may be wondering how we got here. Enjoy my true life story.

On the 26th of August, the broker TTC uses, Blueberry, disabled my trading account while trades were on.
I reached out to TTC support and they were so ignorant of what to do, then I had to reach out to Blueberry myself.
Apparently, Blueberry said I was trading too much, and they called it Hyperactivity. Well, that was because I stack up trades like Mr P, a whole lot, because I'm a scalper.
Now, Blueberry finally re-enabled my account the next day. Mind you, my trades were still open, then I closed them and reached out to TTC to explain every single thing.
After going back and forth, and even copying them on the mail Blueberry sent me, I was told by TTC support to resume trading that there will not be issues with withdrawal as long as the account is now active.

But guess what, they lied!
Apparently they were waiting for me on the day of my withdrawal. Just imagine what they said after 10 days of begging them to check my withdrawal request.

"Your account has been reviewed. payout wasn't processed because your account was disconnected 27th September when you traded a major 'red folder' news event".

But why did you tell me to continue trading with the account when they reconnected it.
Like, can you smell the mediocrity spawning from them. Imagine writing September instead of August. Lol
But wait, is this not wickedness? They knew my account was disabled at the time that news event was taking place.
My account had already been disabled by Blueberry BEFORE, DURING & AFTER the News event.

So, how am I at fault?

I raged and raged in their dm but they didn't respond.

Guess what?
Then, I sent a message to Mr P and his support, I said "I will hate for this to trend on Twitter" and voila they responded with "I'll get back to you shortly". Oh wow, so you fear spoiling your reputation but you're treating your customers like thrash.

Imagine having to beg support to please reply me. Don't worry, whatever reply they come to type down here, I have evidences and I'm here to gather more.

Now, they reached out to my brother because he chatted them up on my behalf and said I traded with bot, also said I traded news multiple times. Then he asked for proof of what they claimed. They couldn't provide anything. Just claims.
It's all about evidences baby, not claims.

And then, TTC blocked us on WhatsApp because we demanded they should at least refund my fee, I don't need the profit. But they declined and blocked us.

Then I reached out to Blueberry also, and I asked them to give a true analysis if I was using a bot, then they responded saying they didn't specifically say so but that they implied because a demo account is restricted to 50 pending/open orders and I always stack up 0.10 instead of using 1.00.

This matter will still trend because they misled and lied to me for 3 weeks while I kept trading for them. They wasted my time and effort and didn't compensate me for it nor did they refund my fee and they still blocked me.

If you're like me and you're new, banking on the social credit and integrity of Mr P Fx, don't bother because it is zero, he himself told me to do whatever I wanted to do. He doesn't care.

And one last thing, I will be waiting for Mr P to come back to Nigeria too because I've had people check out their office address physically in Russia and they do not seem to exist. Trust me, I'm carrying out serious investigation with you bro. Unless you gonna stay in Russia forever, Mr Doctor, lol. Lawsuit baby boy.

TTC would never pay you. Secondly, the 5star reviews are paid for, if yo read through, you will know IF you're smart. Someone even said casino, go check lol.

If you're outside of Nigeria, don't even bother because this guy will scam you too. And TTC is not registered, licensed nor regulated in Russia nor anywhere else, they wrote it on their website. But I'd personally like for you to join us too, so he can be on FBI's wanted list.
