I am writing this to warn any future couples to think twice before handing over a single penny to this company. If your circumstances change,even for serious health reasons...do not expect an ounce of humanity, compassion, or fairness from this team.
​We booked a wedding for may 2027, but unfortunately, my mother became very unwell, and we were left with no choice but to cancel the booking. Despite us giving them over fourteen months' notice for them to resell the date, they have hidden behind "non-refundable" fine print to pocket over £2,300 of our money.
​We asked for a simple, honest breakdown of their "actual losses" to justify keeping such a life-changing amount of money while we were dealing with a family illness. They refused. They are a retail agent, not the end supplier, yet they are keeping thousands of pounds more than the actual hotel’s cancellation fee. This isn't "business". it is predatory.
​Planning a wedding is supposed to be a happy time, but this company has shown zero empathy for a genuine medical situation. They are quite happy to profit from a family’s misfortune while they are at their most vulnerable.
They are lovely when they are taking your deposit, but the moment you need a shred of human kindness or understanding due to illness, they will shut the door in your face and keep your money. Please, save yourself the heartbreak and the financial risk. Book with a company that has a heart because this one doesn't.

Suzanne has stuck with us for weeks - changing our minds, swapping the dates etc and trying to keep it all within our budget!!! She has answered many many questions and sent us over as many quotes. So knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble and now she's helping our guests out too. I hope the rest of it is as good service as we've had to help us find and book it. Thanks for all your help -highly recommended.

Sarah has been absolutely amazing in helping us get our big day booked. We were unsure on destination to begin with and she narrowed it down for us for what was within our budget and helped us select an amazing venue. She responded to all emails very quickly and was able to answer my 1000 questions straight away. She went through everything at the time of booking in detail to ensure we were happy with the package we went with. I would definitely recommend this company and if you are lucky enough to get Sarah as your planner you will not be disappointed.

I truly cannot say enough good things about my Sarah Shaya. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly patient, calm, and reassuring. She has a way of making everything feel manageable and clear, which is priceless when you’re planning a wedding.

She walked me through every step, answered all my questions (even the repeat ones), and made the entire process feel easy instead of stressful. I always felt heard, supported, and confident that everything was in good hands.

Our experience with Peggy has been amazing and can’t thank her enough for all of her help so far! She has been organised, supportive, and incredibly attentive from the very beginning. Communication has been clear and reassuring, and shes made the planning process feel exciting and stress-free especially with it being over seas, as a couple we didn’t know what we were getting ourselves into.
We already feel completely confident and in safe hands instead of having to work it all out on our own and make the mistakes that would have cost us a lot!

Sarah was amazing from the start. We have booked our wedding for next May. And she’s made the process so easy that within 2 days of phoning the travel wedding company Sarah sorted everything from start to finish and I was reassured that everything was what we both wanted for our wedding. Knowing that we can pay for wedding off throughout the year has been a lot of stress off our back. We were looking at other companies to book our wedding however the travel wedding company plan your wedding and they show the prices on their website so your not shocked by the pricing. I could not recommend them enough

Super easy and flexible nothing was too much trouble

Suzanne has been fantastic. We were actually about to book with another company, but I remembered speaking to her when I first got engaged in September 2025 and decided to call for some advice. Even though she was on her day off, the team reached out to her and she went above and beyond by getting in touch with me directly. Five minutes later, we’d booked our wedding. Couldn’t recommend her enough.
