It's a great site, fast verification and redemtions. I'm talking seconds for both. Game selection is good, I just wish the whole selection was easier to find. It's easy once you know though. I would r... Toon meer

I can’t recommend the site
I can’t recommend the site. The VIP tiers are almost impossible to level on after a certain point. I’ve spent THOUSANDS and can’t get past level 7. And this is within a couple weeks. And for that amount you would think the benefits would be there, but they are not. And if you don’t keep spending at that level you lose the tier. I never get free sc gifts from my host. They did try to give me a cruise that I would have had to pay over 800 in fees to the cruise line to use, and it sailed out of either Canada or Alaska, so I would have had to buy planes tickets on top of that, plus it was limited dates that I couldn’t use anyway. The RTP is the lower version available through the providers on most games. The coins back program is ok I guess. Not the best, not the worst. Also, their challenges and tournaments rewards or very lackluster. All this and I’ve invited over 40 paying customers. If you’re a player who spends a lot, I would not recommend this site.

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand that reaching and maintaining higher VIP tiers can feel challenging, especially for players who are highly engaged. Our VIP program is designed to reward ongoing play, and benefits continue to evolve as we introduce new features and enhancements.
While SC gifts may occasionally be offered to eligible Tier 7+ players, they’re evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are never a guaranteed benefit of the program, just a perk when we have them available. We know that redeeming is an exciting part of the experience, and if you’re primarily playing higher-volatility games, it can sometimes take longer to see those redemption moments.
Because every player’s activity is unique, we’d encourage you to reach out directly to your VIP Host. They can review your overall account activity, including your redemption history, and provide additional context around your VIP benefits and available rewards.
We also appreciate your comments regarding challenges, tournaments, referral recognition, and reward offerings. Feedback like yours is shared with our team as we continue improving the player experience. Our goal is to make The Win Zone a fun and rewarding place to play, and we’re committed to continuing to build on that experience.
Going well so far
