I've read the other two review and had to check that what I was reading was the name company I'd just reviewed a replacement shirt from.

I ordered a shirt (my fourth) and selected the wrong size. I didn't;t notice for week. I'd unwrapped it and not decided to wear it and only when I did, did I notice that it was too small.

Contacted gem and the replaced it supper quick, no fuss, nothing.

The short are outstanding quality and some of the more 'exciting' patterns are standout good.

Very awful service. Ordered 1 month ago, the tracking number was wrong. I have not received my merchandise yet. They don’t answer calls or return emails.
Don’t buy from this company. They are dubious.

I placed an order with them. After a month I had still not received my order so I emailed them. They responded a few days later to say that they had left a voicemail on my phone (they hadn't) that two of the shirts I had ordered were now out of stock. I replied to the email immediately saying to refund those out of stock shirts and send the rest of the order. After two weeks I had still received nothing, so messaged them through their website's messaging service asking for a refund. After a week I had heard nothing so messaged again. After another week I had still heard nothing so rang them up, was on hold for 15 minutes before finally getting through to somebody who said he would refund it (still waiting for that to go through).
