It's an incredibly beautiful club with amazing facilities, very CLEAN and well kept which I appreciate. What sets Mayfair apart is the team, I always feel so welcomed and looked after, especially by Thara and Evan when I see them around but honestly could list every single staff name. Love it here!

It was easy to sign up and the team were very flexible.. great space , well equipped and great facilities. Personal training is on point , I can see my progress.

I’ve had such a great experience at this gym. it really stands out among London gyms. The recent extension has made a huge difference, with plenty of new space and a fantastic range of modern machines, so it never feels overcrowded even during busy times.

What really makes this place special, though, is the team. Molly, Anna, Georgina, Jasmine, Stef, Rob, Shaunley, and Francis are all incredibly friendly, approachable, and genuinely supportive. They create such a welcoming atmosphere and are always happy to help, whether you’re new or a regular.

Overall, it’s a well-equipped, well-run gym with a great community feel. Highly recommend!

Been a member for a few years and the facilities are amazing. Everything is spotless, equipment is top tier, and overall atmosphere is always welcoming.

The differentiator is the staff - everyone is incredibly friendly, professional, and willing to help which makes a big difference versus other gyms.

Special shoutout to Evan and Georgina who always go above and beyond. Highly recommend this gym if you’re looking.

Exceptional gym! Feels more like a second home than a gym. The third space team are wonderful, equipment is excellent and the classes are great. The changing rooms have everything (and more) that you need so you leave in a high vs. rushed / stressed. This gym is slightly less busy than some of the other third space gyms which really adds to its luxury feel. Hard to not be there each day!

I enjoy this place, Third Space Mayfair has a real vibe and a lot of soul. From the moment you walk in, you genuinely feel appreciated and supported by the team. You can tell people here actually care, and that makes a huge difference.
I have been to other Third Space venues, but I keep coming back to Mayfair. It just hits different. The atmosphere is warm, motivating, and human not just another fancy gym where no one knows your name.
Is it perfect?
No. But neither is life, and that is kind of the point. We are all a work in progress, trying to get better, stronger, and healthier with the goal of dying young as late as possible hehe. That means good mindset, strong values, and staying connected to what we care about and this place really supports that journey.
If you want a gym with top facilities and a team that actually gives a damn about you, Third Space Mayfair is hard to beat!

Third Space Mayfair has been incredible for my Hyrox training — world-class equipment and a motivating atmosphere that keeps me pushing harder every week. I’ve met some genuinely lovely members who’ve become friends, and the sauna is my perfect post-session reset. The club is always immaculate, the staff are welcoming, and it truly feels like a second home. Couldn’t recommend it more!

A phenomenal club. The staff (Molly, Eva, Stef, Aaron, Louis, Rob, Georgina, Anna to name a few) elevate your experience with their passion and expertise. The facilities at Mayfair are brilliant, equipment is well maintained and readily available and the class timetable is out of this world. Always look forward to my training.

I have been a member of Third Space Mayfair for around four years, and it continues to stand out as the best gym I have ever joined. The moment you walk in, you feel the difference. The space is generous and thoughtfully laid out. There is always room to train properly, whether you prefer weights, functional training, or cardio.

The Third Space team creates a big part of the appeal. The staff are genuinely friendly and maintain a consistently professional and welcoming atmosphere - the entire concierge team: Steph, Evan, Georgina, you know who all you are! You won’t get past without a friendly hello and a thoughtful conversation. The personal trainers are excellent too, but the real strength of the club is how the whole team contributes to an environment that feels supportive without ever being intrusive.

The equipment is first-rate and well maintained, with real variety and careful attention to quality. Everything is kept in top condition, and it is clear the club takes pride in offering members the best possible experience.

After four years of regular use, it is safe to say: Third Space Mayfair sets the standard for what a premium gym should be. It delivers quality, consistency, and a genuinely enjoyable experience every time you walk through the door. I would recommend it without hesitation.

The space is welcoming and has all the facilities needed to ensure a great workout whilst within an atmosphere that inspires clear headspace and maximum enjoyment. The staff are friendly and helpful - shout out to Evan James who was great at helping out with what I needed and I’m sure does the same for many other clients.

Third Space Mayfair is comfortably the best gym experience in London. First of all the facilities are second to none, the gym is exceptional but the sauna is really stand out - and the recent addition of a steam room is brilliant and it’s really good! A final shout out goes to concierge, the whole team are fantastic, in particular Stef who has always been truly welcoming
