I recently sold a house and used Thomas & Thomas ,from the very start they were so friendly and helpful , any questions I had I received answers instantly, they chased the buyers solicitors regularly to make sure the house was sold asap , Sandra has been outstanding and so supportive and professional throughout and I can't thank her and the team enough , I highly reccomend Thomas & Thomas and will continue to use them with my future dealings .

Our second time using T&T, this time with a sale and purchase. They were very responsive, understanding and professional. Sam was brilliant during the exchange and completion stages, taking the time to explain the processes.

Really straightforward experience
I used Thomas & Thomas alongside Rello chain progression. Both sides talked to each other and to me - it was clearly communicated as to where the house purchase was at and what the next steps were that were needed from me. It was my first house and I had heard it could be a nightmare - but with T&T it couldn't have been smoother! Particular thanks to Beverly at T&T who was lovely to deal with.

We have recently sold our property with Danielle Willstead at Thomas and Thomas after a recommendation from a friend and we have been extremely happy with the service we received. Danielle communicated everything clearly and the process itself was smooth and quicker than we anticipated. On our completion day, Danielle was out of office so our case was passed to another solicitor, who made sure everything went through okay and kept us updated. We would definitely recommend Danielle for a house sale/purchase.

I have used T&T a few times now and they have always been excellent. We recently completed a property sale and purchase with Laura's team and the service was great. They have very quick response times to emails and the whole team are very friendly. There were a few minor miscommunication issues but this was mostly down to my buyer's solicitor and were all sorted out in the end. I will definitely use T&T again in the future.

The national wait limit for buying a home is 8 -12 weeks and me and my partner completed in 7! I honestly couldn’t thank Thomas and Thomas solicitors enough for all the help they have given me and my partner, they were quick with answering phone calls and emails if we had any inquiries. My first time buying a house and did not realise how manic it could be, but Alun and team made it so very easy I just sat back and let them do what they do best . Any time I emailed them the reply always came back very soon after, it was like they were just sitting there just waiting got my email and every question I asked was explained clearly to me, I really hope I don’t go through all this house business again but if I do I’ll contact Thomas& Thomas to take care of things for me.

There was a little error at the start but after team Beverly took over my house buying case Everythink went as it should I think keeping the client a little more updated would be beneficial but allways responded to my emails explained everything I needed to know. Overall really good went smooth with no problems

I am very happy to recommend Thomas and Thomas without hesitation. I engaged Laura Matthews for the sale of my apartment in Weston super Mare and I was highly impressed. I was kept informed of progress at all times, communication was clear and timely, and responses to my queries were answered swiftly. The team took a 'contract ready' approach to the sale, and once I had accepted my buyer's offer, our side was ready to exchange contracts 3 weeks later.
The sale took several more weeks to complete due only to more time needed by the buyer. I intend to buy another property soon and will be engaging Thomas and Thomas again for the conveyancing.

I was very pleased with every aspect of the process (selling). The team was highly professional and efficient. I am truly thankful to everyone, and especially to Sandra, who was absolutely great.
