We checked into the hotel today. The receptionist who assisted us was very kind, friendly, and professional. Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience with another female receptionist.
While we were checking in, both my boyfriend and I noticed that the other receptionist repeatedly stared directly at him several times. It made both of us feel very uncomfortable and gave us the impression that her attention was focused on him rather than on providing a professional atmosphere for guests.
For the hotel’s management, she was the blonde receptionist with short bangs who finished her shift around 2:30 p.m. today.
This experience completely ruined our first impression of the hotel, and because of it we do not plan to return. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and reminds all staff to maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward guests.

Never saw a cleaner all week. Bedding and towels never changed. Everything in the apartment was grubby and unclean. The toilet and shower were disgusting. The toilet bin was never emptied once. The cutlery and crockery were diabolical. No resemblance whatsoever to the profile and photos in the booking.com app. There is always cheap and cheerful but this was cheap and dirty

Allerede første aften står vi og kigger ud af vinduet, ligepludselig har en medarbejder låst sig selv ind på værelset og står og skriger af os på tysk. Da vi forklarer vi ikke snakker tysk og undskylder rigtig mange gange (selvom vi ikke fandt ud af hvad vi havde gjordt) står han og råber os i hovedet. Han hævede hånden og vi troede han skulle til at slå, men så fik vi ham til at slappe mere af.
Der blev en aften efter kastet tomater på min dør kl 2 om natten. Da vi klagede over det grinede personalet af os og sagde “det var vores egen skyld” fordi de mente at vi havde snakket med nogle andre beboere et par dage før. De var totalt fordomsfulde i mod unge teenage piger og sl0t shamede dem. Ikke nok med det er der afføring på væggene. morgenmad er ikke ægte mad, der er mug i badene NEJ NEJ NEJ ANBEFALER IKKE.Det er totalt latterligt. Lad seriøst være med at tage herhen.
