I am a sales manager from Gul Anwar KhanLLC.

I've Bought samples from their watches, and they were ALL FAKE.

There is only one person that represents this "multi million" website, is a teenager named "ROLAND" from Latvia, that will contacts you on WhatsApp, and receive money to his personal account. The rest of the "employees" are just names in an e-mail signature.

I am in the watch industry since 15 years, and we've notice that the watches were fake as soon as we've opened the package.

This teenager requested us to remove our old review for a full refund without even sending back the fake watches.

You can ask for a video call before payment to check the watches quality, and he won't be able to do it.

I have their invoice and the test result from Fossil Group, and even screen shots from a long WhatsApp chat with the owner of this website, and I'll be happy to share with whom It May Concern.

Again I am writting a review for this company, I am very dissapointed with them! I thought there will be no problem with their watches but after one of my customer which happened one of my friend thank God return it to me and she was shocked that Marc Jacobs strap was falling out??!! as in literally the leather strap is peel off on the strap??!!I order 3 of this item, after receiving it I was very upset and dissapointed coz it say on the strap Genuine Leather??!! so I deceided to check the other 2 item which turn out same!! I immediately send a message to Roland which the person who send me message on my whatssap to convince me to change my first review which is bad for being delay to deliver my order. Then he ask me to send email regarding with this issue to their sales?!They offer me to change the strap??!! I am here in Kuwait and I dont know where it will come from??!! so i told them it so easy for you to say that ?? we will just change the strap??!! ok and so on but still I am very upset, then Again one of my customer bought Emporio Armani to me which she check it on other website if its authentic It means the appearance of the watch she noticed that the one i sold doesnt have four screw at the back??!! which all of the site she checked have four screw at the back of the watch??!! so again I immediately send them email?? They told me without screw is an older version and the one that they gave me is stock clearance??!! Can u believe that??!!I am just starting with my online business and this watches are from my savings as I have said before!!?? The inconvinience that they cause is too much!! Dont trust this company as they will give you headache with their items. And the thing that they can offer for all this mess is to return the items before they can replace the new one?? I mean seriously?? I need to pay again for the shipment and wait again for it!!?? If ur planning to buy here just think first coz it will put u at risk??! I mean 12 items its not too much but as i have said I am new at my online business and I am very upset!! I got videos and picture of all this items that I got form them!!>>I want a full refund to all my watches and i would love to return their watches. It scares me to sell their watches to my customer as I am just building my reputation as an authentic online seller!!

Be careful to this company I bought some watches from tic distribution. I was selling their burberry watch and one day union de fabrican called us and told us products what I have is imitation. Even Daniel wellington watch, described DANLEL wellington. They block my whatsapp. Completly scam!!

2020/10/1 21:12(Japan time)*Don't trust new review!! Store stuff or person related to them add new review to hide my review. Fossil never confirmed authenticity and they told us also fake!!

2020/10/2 15:32(Japan time) I imformed fake review that store staff written to trust pilot was deleted by trust pilot. Don't trust thieir words. They do this kind cheat all the time. When I told them that union de fabrican checked our webpage and called us they told us to tell lie that picture is from another webpage. They know their deal is not appropriate. Of course still money is not back. They just reply us once in a day!! How many days it will take to solve this!!

2020/10/2 15:36(Japan time) I don't know this is applied to all the countries but they send products hongkong to england to Japan. They explained us that Japan is very strict country for copyright and custom will stop parcel even if it's original. They explained us some brand has rights to sell and other can't sell. I checked brand, custom and lawyer of Japan but what they said is not applied to brand which I bought. I'm doing import job for a decade and I know import law of Japan. Japan custom is not stupid. They only stop fake parcel. Again DON'T TRUST THEIR WORDS!!

2020/10/3 0:39(Japan time) They started to talk with us but they still says can’t take refund for full price. I already sold some and I need to correct them. Even though they still insist that’s our responsibility and tic distribution is between supplier and customer so we need to take full responsibility. But that’s not make sense. They told us all genuine before purchase and it was not. This is scam and unprofessional. Please reconsider purchase from them. If you can’t have your watch is 100% genuine , you might will be in trouble.

2020/10/3 6:34(Japan time) Check the new review than mine. That’s marked invited. It seems company worker asked to write review to hide my review. This company doing this kind of thing all the time. Of course still they are saying they will do partial refund.

All the time they ask us to delete my review instead they cooperate us to get refund. This is also irritating. If they are doing legit business they don’t have to say such thing. Just one review and other customer already know their goods are ok. People can ignore this.

Maybe this is not the first time like this trouble. Payments company and legal institutions started investigation to this company, of course not only Japan . If you about to transfer money to them you better stop.

Ok. At last they decided to no refund to us.
I will inform about this company to Japan police and custom. Also payments company asking about this company. Hope this review help.

この会社から時計を何度か購入しました。100％本物という言葉とこちらのレビューを信用して購入しました。しかし、弊社の出品を見たユニオンデファブリカンという団体から、偽物であるとの通達を受けました。今となっては非常に馬鹿だったなと思いますが、この会社が取り扱っている時計は偽物、それ以外でも工場横流し、あるいは正規と同じ工場で作られたメーカーの許可を取らずに流通させているものかと思われます。

返品と返金を要求しましたが、なかなか応じず、やっと応じたかと思えば、偽物にもかかわらず他の日本の顧客へ転送させようとします。何度かアルマーニなどの時計を日本の顧客だけにセールの連絡が来ていたのは他にもこういうお客様がいらっしゃたのではないかと思います。

こちらのレビューもほとんどが関係者によるものだと思います。何度かTrust Pilotに調査依頼をかけましたが、Tic distribution側も頭を使ってIPアドレスを変えるなどして偽の評価を書いているようです。

現在、支払いの会社などからこの会社について報告するよう依頼が来ています。すぐに営業できなくなると思いますので絶対に送金しないことをお勧めします。
