Good efficient service and was satisfied with the results.

Had no problem receiving one set of tickets. Tickets in mobile account within minutes.

Other ticket major problem unable to download ticket. Live chat no help. Only because had problem before did i know that I could pickup ticket at box office

More expensive than other sites and high service charges. Also ticket delivery is often down to the wire. I only continued to use this as I had a credit from cancelled concerts

I tried to use on credit code multiple times without success. I finally realized that my purchase had to be for a lesser amount than the credit for it to work. Also frustrating that there was no refund for tickets to a concert that was cancelled. I will not use this service again, and would not recommend it to others.

Your pricing is unbearable and you refuse to give refunds when shows are clearly canceled

I paid $1200 for 2 count ,$200 tickets, and never again. The original tickets were jacked up by $299 to begin with , and then they tacked on a $299 service fee. Almost $900 over the venue price. I thought I was purchasing from a legitimate rep of the concert venue.

I am writing this review to say that TicketOffices.com has upgraded their customer service department substantially since 2020. Back then, we were put on hold for what seemed like hours! Today I was able to get my question resolved quickly and easily with a text link sent to my cell phone. This was so much better than it was way back in 2020! In 2019 we bought tickets for a May 2020 show. The 2020 show was canceled due to Covid. TicketOffices.com has honored these tickets, and the show will be presented in May 2022.

I bought 2 tickets and I was quadruple charged over venue price, and then only one ticket was accepted, the other ticket was in someone else's name! These people are crooks! Don't ever buy from this website!

Received full credit for pandemic related cancellation of an event. Followed up two years later to apply the credit towards another event. Support person ( Menchie T.) was very patient and helpful getting us our choice tickets with minimal wait and no hold time. This surpassed expectations. Thank you.

ABSOLUTE CROOKS!!! I would give negative stars if possible. I am 48 and this is the first bad review I have ever written. After the event we had ticket to was rescheduled a couple of times over the last two years, the event was cancelled. I was not notified of the cancellation and only heard about it from a friend. I couldn't reach them by phone so I followed up with an email and never heard back. Just now, via chat, I was told they will not give me my money back... only a credit. HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

The person that assisted me was GREAT. He overcame challenges to find various seat prices, repeated important information, and had me stay on the phone to confirm I received order confirmation emails.
