As a seller who contacted Tiffany’Second Chance I would give them more than five stars if I could! I had four Tiffany jewellery pieces, all bought in the Old Bond Street store some years ago, that I wanted to sell. Selling them online seemed really risky as an individual seller but I found the their website and sent an email to see. Their replies were prompt, polite and helpful and I felt reassured about sending the jewellery. Once they’d checked the items were genuine and in satisfactory condition I was given a prompt response and very fair payment for them. I hope that someday I can buy from them too!

I was a bit skeptical selling my items to here but it really paid off - quite literally! I had 8 pieces of Tiffany jewellery that I didn't wear anymore and were just stored in an old jewellery box. I had enquired at multiple different 'sell your jewellery' websites and even cash converter type places and got a shocking valuation for the 8 items I had. A lot of the pieces I had were 'classics' or part of a set that's no longer sold so I was shocked at some of the prices I was quoted. Tiffany Second chance were really communicative over email, didn't make me wait a week just to hear a response either! I just described what I had, sent over photos (the items were a little worse for wear as they were in storage for some time!), I was sent a valuation, then advised on how to send them over. Again, I was skeptical about sending them over and them running off with the money but as soon as the delivery was received and my pieces authenticated (of course they were real!), my bank details were requested and the money was deposited straight away. The whole process took about a week (from initial email to money in my bank account), which I really really appreciated! I'd highly recommend this site if you're looking to sell your Tiffany jewellery for a great rate.

I have brought from Tiffany'Second Chance before and i was impressed with the delivery and the standard of the actual product. When i look for Tiffany products i will definitely use this site as my first port of call!!
