Ordered twice sample of tile both times got a totally different tile to what I ordered

I ordered a tile sample which was sent very quickly. I then wanted a small number of the tiles and after contacting them the correct well-wrapped quantity was quickly dispatched for a nominal fee. Safely received, very pleased with the whole interaction.

I had a few tiles that arrived broken, but the company handled it brilliantly. They responded straight away and replaced the damaged tiles very quickly with no hassle at all. Excellent customer service from beginning to end and great communication throughout. Thanks to Asim and Abu. Highly recommend!

Great communication from start to finish always came back to me , ordered at the weekend received on the Wednesday day before tiler, kept updated with the delivery also , tiles are amazing saved by buying online , they look amazing so happy with them would highly recommend this company

Useless, uninteresting, unbothered. All cheap tiles that don’t last and damage very easily. Buy at your own risk.

When I called to ask if I could get a slightly bigger sample of a large format tile as the 10x10 sample didn't show all the colours, I was expecting a 15x15 or 20x20 piece. What I got was an absolutely MASSIVE piece. It did indeed show all the colours so I could pick matching paint and has cemented my choice!

Not a good experience. Ordered a small number of patterned tiles, selected standard delivery but only after paying did I see that the delivery charge was twice as much as the tiles themselves, not at all clear. Found a telephone number online, called them and the immediately offered a refund for 3/4 of they delivery fee, all good so far.
Tiles arrived in bubble wrap only, could tell tiles were badly Brocken before all packaging was off. Tiles looked pre-used, pattern non existent on edges.
Called again, customer service appalling, said it was just weathered! gave me an email address to send photos which didn’t work, called again, gave me a personal email to send photos to, no answer. Chased and refund approved and dispose of tiles. Refund not received, constant chasing, finally received refund 2 weeks later. At no point did I receive an apology.
Sorry, will not recommend or use this company again.

Super fast speedy delivery. Website so easy to use. Ordered a sample first which came quickly. We were impressed with the quality and ended up ordering the bulk we needed. The delivery was super speedy fast, constant updates on order and tracking and the courier was lovely. Highly recommend tiles direct and will definitely order from them again.
In response to some of the negative reviews I can honestly say we are impressed with our tiles. We bought the travertine adhesive: they are amazing quality and so easy to install.... We did it ourselves! We prepped with Lithofin Stain stop, grouted and then used HG stone grout & cement film remover and they are absolutely fantastic. They look gorgeous and again are brilliant quality.

Tiles were half the price of a main firm (that rhymes with Ropps Riles) and delivery was achieved in 2 days.
Tiles were great quality, and when I wanted to order more the staff were courteous and helpful.
Highly recommended!
