Outstanding service from start to finish. I needed an ornate bargeboard for a porch renovation. There was a good choice of designs. My order was dispatched quickly and I was kept upto date with tracking. The packaging protected the barge boards so they reached me in perfect condition. When I unpacked them and saw them for the 1st time, I couldn't wait to see them in place.

What a fantastic company. Nothing was too much for Abi and her team. From the initial enquiry to a couple of changes to priming the canopy and delivering on time, faultless. I would recommend every time.

Quality and workmanship
The brackets are ok and delivery was reasonable time.. however for the cost of the brackets I would have thought they would have been jointed rather than just screwed together ?

Thank you for the lovely review Edmund, also we really appreciate you tracking us down after 20 years to have the front A frame of your ashcombe, finial, pendant and cap replaced, we have always said that 20 years is the estimated lifetime of our products so long as they are looked after well, your canopy is proof of this.

Can't rate this business highly enough. We had workmen in doing a new block paved driveway and as a result they had to take out our old front door porch support. We ordered the lovely Perrott Bracket as the replacement, and they were able to super helpfully deliver it within two working days so the workmen were able to install it for us on their last day on site. It looks lovely on the wall holding the porch up - we couldn't be happier with it!
