Had my car a month before I wrote this so i could be accurate as possible. Visited a few weeks back & the staff were brilliant, no pressure or hanging around you like a certain well known company. Saw a car I liked within minutes & staff were very helpful. Went into detail about the car I bought & were very reassuring. Gave a good quote for my trade in & transaction went through very smoothly. After a few hours of owning the car I had an issue with a tyre & they werequick to replace it at no further cost the following day. Following day car wouldn't start & they came out to look at it in a matter of hours. Confirmed it was needing a new vattery & again replaced for free. Was also offered a courtesy car for the inconvienence. During this time I was worried I was being conned due to the issues but because of their solid customer service it just happened to be a little unlucky. & was not through any fault of their own. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a car, nice range of choice & cars always coming in to boost their stock. MOT & service was offered before I picked my car up. Which I took full advantage of. Will go with them again when I want an upgrade.

The service was brilliant from the whole Team at TJ car sales. I traded in my old car and purchased a new one. I received a good price for my trade in compared to other offers and the sales and after service care from Steve has been brilliant. I would definitely recommend them.

Purchased my first car (Vauxhall Corsa) and it was a really pleasant experience. Mike was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and really friendly. He made me feel comfortable and at ease. Would definitely buy from here again. Thanks all 🙂

Not recommended. Horrible customer service. Selling cars with faults without fixing them / taking them back.

Amazing experience purchasing my new car at T J Car Sales today.
I dealt directly with Mike who went above and beyond. He came with me for my test drive, answered any questions I had and explained in detail everything I needed to know about the car.
The car itself, a Renault Kadjar, is immaculate. I also part exchanged my current car which was completely hassle free.
I can’t recommend them enough and when I’m looking to upgrade my car in the future, I will be retuning here.

Great car buying experience! I’ve now purchased 2 cars for our family from TJ Car sales and cannot fault the help and friendliness of the team. Speed of service is great and loads of help available to get the right car/s for me and my family. Loads of help with finance and questions answered easily and confidently. I am not one for writing reviews normally, but our experience of buying a car from T J Car Sales was so good that I felt it important to share the experience. From the first telephone contact with Steve inquiring about a car we had seen with them, on AutoTrader, during which he answered all our questions professionally, patiently and informatively - no hard sell - to the viewing and test drive, where we were treated so well by Tom and his team (as well as Steve)...its worth going just for the excellent coffee!...to the purchase and completion, Steve and the rest of the team were excellent on all counts. The car was finally presented to us immaculately clean inside and out. It is easy to tell that TJ Cars have a happy team where nothing seems too much bother and hospitality seems as important as the car buying bit. We have no complaints, only praise and we will be recommending Tom and his team to anyone who cares to listen to us. We traveled up from the S.W. to view and buy this car which was excellent value. They deserve the business 100%...and we will be back!

Fantastic service, top lads highly recommend

Couldn't recommend this place enough. Friendly, honest and keen to sort everything out for you when you purchase a car. Service is next to none - you can really tell how cars fly off the shelves here. Special shout out to Mike, who has got to be the best man for the job when buying a car.

Great service from Steve and everyone at TJ Cars. Bought a Skoda Octavia estate, few niggles with the car but nothing has been too much for Steve and everyone, car has been seen the next day and the issues sorted straight away. Purchasing the car has been straightforward and I'm really pleased with it. Really confident that any issues that might arise will be sorted quickly and professionally. Definitely will purchase another car from here.
