219466941058402- Order placed in the second week of June, haven't received it still. Have asked for it to be cancelled about 7 times now.

1. They have offered store credit, which cannot be legal, given I don't want to put my money into a company that doesn't deliver within timelines.

2. While this has been requested, it has not been processed for 3 weeks now, as I can still see my order updates.

3. There are no telephone numbers that you can call & the support team basically doesn't even read your email and instead sends out stock responses.

I'd like to put a complaint on the consumer forum for this, if there's anyone else, it maybe time we put the complaint together so that we shut down this company or at the minimum force them to adhere to better standards.

This is my first shopping destination for ethnic wear women clothing, also I recently tried their wellness category and I can feel the positive changes in my skin using their products.

Their underarms brightness product has got results too. Their products are good, and price is on point!

I had ordered a product on 5th June and i still haven't recieved it. No point in cancelling as they provide store credit and do not give a refund. They don't show remorse at all for all the pain caused. The only thing i can do is file a case in consumer forum.

It is now 1 and half months since I ordered the products. The delivery date keeps changing once we write to them! I have lost hopes of getting my order :(. Tried cancelling to get the refund which they denied. I wish there is some easier way to file a complaint and put a stop to this online shopping site so that no one else gets cheated.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
PLACED AN ORDER ON THE 7TH OF JUNE. IT'S 17TH OF JULY. THE ORDER HASN'T REACHED. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. THEY DON'T HAVE A HELPLINE NUMBER NOR DO THEY PROVIDE CALL BACKS. THEY HAVE ZERO REMORSE FOR THE PAIN THEY PUT THE CUSTOMER THROUGH. THEY REFUSE TO CANCEL THE PRODUCT AND GIVE A REFUND. AT THIS POINT, I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO WAIT FOR AN ORDER THAT MIGHT NEVER REACH ME. I CAN'T TELL YOU HOW ABSOLUTELY APPALLED WITH THEM AND HOW HELPLESS THEY'RE MAKING ME FEEL!
WILL NOT RECOMMEND.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

I received a size that was 3 sizes smaller than the one I ordered. And there are threads that are pulling out in several places, causing a run and tear in the fabric. Have tried mailing them too. It's been a month and haven't received a reply yet.

Fake site paid for the order but did not receive my order

Crappy website, horrible customer service, no news on shipping, no update of when the product with ship. Won't refund my money. Very bad experience. Don't ever buy from them.

It is fek. I have ordered one kurta and skirt of cost 3k.
It is been month there is no sign of product receiving. They are keep on changing dates when you go to track order section. Later on i cancelled the order there is no refund or update of cancellation on website. It is totally fek. contact number provided is also fek on website.

Please never buy from here. I am pretty sure, 90% of the positive comments are from their own company or are paid comments. They are running a scam of a business or have really lost the rails on how to run a business. Ordered 2 things. Received 1 over a month of angry exchange of emails but surprise surprise, the product was only partially stitched. So much for their "QC" and they do not have a refund policy. (BIG RED FLAG) My other product is yet to be delivered and it's been 2 months now since I placed the order. The dispatch date keeps with every email follow up. Please save yourself some trauma and avoid this "business" at all costs!!

In my experience, I was able to put an order through. However, the system kept on changing my phone number. I was able to put through an order, received my confirmation and then the real drama began. My order confirmation stated 'these items shall reach you by [DATE]' and at the bottom there is 'track order' link, which whenever I clicked gave me a 404 error. My order date has passed and the support team is not telling me when they will ship my order. I am pretty certain that I have lost my money. Lesson learned. Don't be swayed by their prices.

I have ordered 3 products. No sign of receiving any. The tracker is fake gets U back to the same point over and again.

It's been a month they just mail a next date... Order in process. Wish someone could help getting my money back.

It’s been three months. No sign of my order and customer service emails with no update. Definitely fraudulent.

I have placed 2 orders amounting to @5000/- in March (order id 551965021554128 & 816992301224122), still didn't receive anything. There is no proper communication. I have sent many emails, fb msgs, insta msgs... nothing. On all social media their customers are condemning them, accusing them of cheating. Seems they have become just another scammer. Yesterday I raised a complaint with my online payment portal today they sent me mail asking me to take back the complaint. What shameless company.

I ordered a kurta for Rs. 1500 from tjory and I received a very poor quality product. When I asked for a return they took it back after a very long time and they didn't even refund the money or give me a credit to exchange it with some other product. I emailed them multiple times but had no response and even their customer care number doesn't get answered. It is a really bad website please don't buy products from them.

Horrendous Customer Support. Sanjay from Tjori replies like a bot. He is an incompetent person. I don't know why they hire horrendous people with no social skills.

I have been chasing them to cancel my order from the minute it got placed and they keep saying "We will expedite your order"

They have no phone number to call on. What a fraud company.

Criminals...very bad bad company

70 emails and nothing.
They deleted all my orders from their webside.

Fraud site on Facebook. Most of Facebook advertisements are not good and poor products.
Tjori collected my returned order more than one and half months ago and after several emails; the customer service persons Sanjay and Jatin keep replying that they are looking into if my returned product has been received. I have sent them the courier AWB number but keep getting emails that my exchange product is going to be collected.
I do not think they are a genuine customer service and pretend to reply but do nothing about sending back a different size.
They do not refund only do exchange and that also is a fraudulent promise.

Felt skeptical but the delivery came early in New Delhi. I gifted one dress to my sister as a surprise and she is happy. She also posted pictures on Instagram!
