I had orderd on 31may till date almost more than to months ,they havent delivered my product. On continues mails they say they will be delivering soon..on of sudden the order in status show got cancelled. They havent refunded my amount in wallet nor bank account.The worst experience i had in whole e-commerce sites with tjori.A big no to tjori. I would give zero ratings

This is completely fraud. I used to tell everyone tjori is very good buy now with all these experience I will never suggest anyone to buy from tjori.they should be blocked from each n every site they are simply cheating people .... Shameless creatures

My orders were not delivered as I was out of station. This so called fraud website did not even refund my money as they didn't have a refund policy (which was nowhere in their website) and the customer executive offered for a credit voucher so I agreed. But it's almost 3 months, but they don't credit any voucher. Their customer care number is invalid plus even after numerous emails, there is no reply. Report this website.

I have had a horrible horrible experience !!! they have duped few of my money and not even sent my product. each time they keep delaying the delivery date and saying the order is not ready due to Covid !!it’s already been more than two months and I don’t see any sign of my order I know I have lost my money and I really warn you people do not get to order anything from this site they are completely a scam!!!!

Some time last year I ordered a dress and jewellery and was duped big time. The items shown and those delivered were completely different (much worse in every way of course). After repeated complaints I was told the items would be picked up for return. Nothing happened after that and I just gave up. I just now remembered that horrible experience and wondered whether I could find anything about them online...and wow! What a list of complaints!!
I would never ever recommend this site to anyone!

Please do not purchase from this website. they are so unprofessional, they took forever to ship my package and when they did, there were 2 items missing and I have been writing to the customer service and no response. they are not refunding the money nor shipping. Don't waste your money and your time.

Pathetic customer service and product packaging..i put an complaint email 4days back and there is no contact from them till date..product’s which I received was less than half..never ever refer to anyone

One of the worst site ever...had placed an order with them on 30june...no updates on delivery..fraud website they all should be behind bars for looting people

It is a fake brand . I regret that I ordered worth rs 15000 in advance and now I realize that they are making fool .

It has been an extremely tasking and harrowing experience for me with this fraudulent company. I ordered stuff that is worth thousands which are not yet delivered.
Moreover, there is no way to contact the company in a reliable manner.
All attempts meet a wall and apart from some sort of automated responses, as a customer I have not been able to receive any satisfactory reply.
Even though I am eligible for a refund, they have not refunded, in any manner.

I strongly advise against shopping here.

Its a fake brand. Please dont buy any products from them. I had ordered it on 22nd june and was supposed to reach me on 3rd july. But then they extended it till 8th july, then 10th july and now they are saying that it will be shipped by 17th july 2021. I am writing them email as there is no other way to contact them. They are sending replies to the emails at night which are all automated . They dont even have courtesy to call us . FAKE BRAND.

TJori is a fraud brand - a cheap illegal criminal e-commerce website that has been reported on several consumer forums for fraud and cheating.

Firstly , the clothes sold are spurious .

Secondly , they do not deliver the goods after payment of money - meaning they conduct theft - a criminal activity .

Thirdly , they are indulging in massive online fraud by not refunding or returning a customers money even if the product is undelivered .

I ordered products worth 20,000 for a wedding from Tjori and now have filed FiRs against them for criminal activity and cybercrime .

Tijori is a fraudulent site never pay beforehand the item will say shipped but you can keep waiting response to emails is automated the stuff is just about okay withers in first wash

All Products are natural , and result is also grateful . Thank you to Tjori team for quick mail responses and for the product delivery .
And I would like to say , without experiencing any product don't blame that brand . If you are facing issue about delivery then please mail them , and surely you will get response from them .

Really bad experience....delivery time is unbelievable..i got defective products...One product has grease/oil on it, two products are torn.. i was misled by the positive review on tjori site..what i understand is tjori team filters the review..they show only positive review.

Worst shopping site ever, they are cheating the customers.They claim that return policy is within 3 days but it is not mentioned anywhere in the site. If we cannot return or exchange the items ordered then why option is given in the site. Suffered a huge loss bu ordering from this site. They are making money by cheating people. Please never order anything from this site.

Would urge people not to purchase anything from here. Had placed the order a month back & it was to be delivered on 15th June. It wasnt & they are not even courteous enough to inform about the delay. When checked they said 23rd June then again not delivered, had to chase them, then was told 28th June i,.e today. when checked this morning, they said again they cant deliver and it will be shipped on 5th July. Its a money making scam these people are running. Pathetic service. PLS DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE

I thought to order but bfr that I just want to see the reviews...thank god ...I haven't ordered...many reviews say "not to order...lot of issues r there".

though the products seem nice. they have the worst customer service ever.
when you try to return a product, they say we will update you on pick up but they wont. Believe me, i tried to return a dress that i bought which didn't suit me much. After a month of daily emails i couldn't return it. The other time, they sent for pick up. But didn't give my refund.
They take ages to deliver the products wont give an update in between. when you order one product, they send other product and wont respond despite repeated messages on this issue as well.
I lost atleast 3k because of their negligence.

The product was never delivered, it was a prepaid order, placed on 20th may, been more than a month, each week a new and delayed delivery date is updated. Customer service is via emails only, who keep telling it will be delivered in a week. And no refund, you can get a "lifetime credit voucher" to be used on a site which does not deliver the product only. Basically lost that money.
