Used the Will writing service. Very straightforward and quick. Everything involved was clearly explained and very accommodating to our needs so I am very happy to recommend.

The whole procedure was straightforward with with all aspects of the procedure explained fully. They could not have been more helpfull from start to finish. Very professional and friendly. In particular the staff, Hope on reception who was extreamly helpfull through all contacts and Lucy who took us though the legal side and explained all aspects of the process and answered all the questions we asked.

Massive shoutout to Rachael who was dealing with the sale of my flat and the purchase of a new property. She was very efficient, responsive to emails and always happy to help. 5 stars thank you!

I contacted TLS to ask them to draft my Will during the Free Wills Month scheme this March. An initial online meeting with Billy was arranged very quickly followed by a meeting at TLS’ offices. Throughout the process Billy was friendly, very helpful and proved knowledgeable, able to answer all my (unending) questions with little difficulty. I was impressed by the quality of service provided and the speed the Will was drafted and finalised. I would not hesitate to use TLS again in the future. Highly recommended.

Dealing with my local branch in Newquay was very good and Amelia was very thorough and quick to get things moving to produce my new Will. Although I only met her colleague Ellie briefly she stood out for being very professional and polite/friendly as well.
My only frustration was having to deal with another person in a London office who did not make the changes I had requested and so it was sorted in Newquay on the day of signing. Maybe too many people getting involved.
