Quick delivery and good selection of items on the website. Website is easy to navigate and make purchases.
Only flaw is you have to pay for returns which is a bit annoying when ordering multiple sizes of shoes.

Though the website is very friendly, easy to navigate and select the items, I had issues with the shipping.
So, I got in contact with Julie who was amazing in the way she helped me to troubleshoot my issue, very responsive and caring for the customer. As usual, the people makes the difference above and beyond great systems.
