Been having problems with this milk for over 2 years on 6 or 7 occasions (and from different retailers before you blame them), goes off on or before the use by date. had to throw a tub of double cream today 2 days before use by date. Try not to buy Totally Welsh, but sometimes that is all that is left. It's not our fridge, other milk lasts days past use by date.

Poor quality turned semi skimmed milk.. Was still in date by a good few days, took it back to the shop that I purchased it from and they said to inform totally Welsh. When I did they said put it in an email and I was ignored.. Obviously they will have an answer relating to the pandemic.. Will not purchase a single item from them again

Beautiful, fresh milk delivered to your doorstep

Totally Welsh provide a first class service. Their deliveries are completely regular and reliable; their product range is extensive; and everything is of superb quality. They provide excellent value for money.

I'm happy with the milk delivery itself and really enjoy getting the glass bottles of milk with thick layer of cream on top. However, I cannot leave a 4 or 5 star review because of major niggles.

I first signed up on the basis of the promise being made on the web site at that time that I could order additional items with 24 hours notice. Then the web site information was changed to say 48 hours notice was needed for bread. However, I'm finding I cannot order most things even with 48 hours notice. Today (Sunday) I tried to order some yoghurt and the first available date is Friday! Frankly, I'm not interested in ordering goods 6 days in advance; I'll just use alternative same or next day's facilities from supermarkets instead. I must admit, I am wondering whether to continue with the milk subscription when it is pretty well impossible to order anything else with reasonable notice.

My second niggle is that the bread from Hafod Bakery is among the worst quality bread I have ever had the misfortune to experience. The sourdough bread has a nasty chewy crust which makes it inedible cut straight from the loaf. Furthermore, on many occasions I was unable to cut a proper slice for toasting even on the day I received it, because the loaf just disintegrated. I ended up having to have croutons and/or eggy bread fragments for days on end because the high price of the loaf meant I could not throw it away. The Swansea bloomer is not much better. Also, on several occasions when I ordered to wholemeal sourdough, which is fractionally better than the white version, the white sourdough loaf was delivered.

Totally Welsh has a good concept for those of us who wish to support Welsh producers, but really needs to get its act together concerning the web site and to find a decent bakery.

I have been with this company since 2019 and I have found them to be totally reliable. All through the lockdowns of 2020, my milk, bread and any other extras were delivered without fail. I like having a doorstep delivery. It is a reminder of days gone by and I can highly recommend this company. The website is simple to navigate even for me.

I love having my milk delivered in glass bottles.
It comes early so great if your an early riser like me to have breakfast.
Totally Welsh also have a wide range of products that they deliver.
I also love the fact that I am buying locally.

We’ve been getting our milk delivered by Totally Welsh for over a year now, and must say that the service has been fantastic. Milk is delivered consistently, and we never get disturbed at night by our milkman. On occasion, we’ve added on some fruit, veg and bread. These are a little more expensive than a shop, but the quality is good, and you can’t argue with the service of them being left at your doorstep for breakfast. Being able to return and reuse the glass milk bottles was our primary decision for switching to Totally Welsh, and I don’t think we’d ever go back!

I have been a customer for many years and always had excellent service. However, during the last 18 months my deliveries have been vital. Everything from eggs, bread and my usual milk to delicious cakes and bacon have been on my doorstep even when the supermarket shelves were empty. More importantly if there are any problems you get to speak to a real person!

I have been receiving milk deliveries from Totally Welsh since they took over the franchise. The deliveries are always reliable, payment can be done quickly via the website and additional products can be ordered easily, if required. I have telephoned the main office a few times with queries and the responses have always been courteous and helpful.

Great service, easy to organise and a good selection of products. Easy to cancel for holidays etc. Would recommend.

Absolutely love my milk being delivered convenient affordable and good for the environment using milk bottles. They also offer other essential foods too that can be delivered with your milk.

We have been using totally Welsh now for a number of months and they are great. The milk arrives between 2 and 3am so is there when we get up in the morning it’s always fresh and stays fresh for a number of days. It arrives in glass bottles which are returned when milk is dropped off and is much better for the environment. The milk is reasonably priced and I know that I don’t have to worry about going out to buy milk because it is delivered regularly through the week. Thank you for your great service.
