This is a great delivery service. My milk arrives before breakfast -- but this might be an issue for you if you have to leave the house super-early in the morning -- and I really enjoy not having to put all those plastic cartons out in the recycling.

Signed up to totally welsh at the start of the pandemic and they have been fantastic! I get milk alternatives and during the pandemic I was able to ensure my Dad who was shielding had a regular supply of milk bread and treats! They have never missed a day and the website is easy to understand and navigate! Totally recommend!!

I’ve been using ‘Totally Welsh’ for a few months now. I’ve tried a variety of their products and have been more than pleased with every item.

I’ve not had milk or juice in a glass bottle for many years, I’d forgotten how good the taste was compared to plastic containers. No going back to plastic for me.

Delivery is always on time, produce always fresh, from their milk, juice, bread, dairy to their vegetables.

Customer Service Advisor, Belinda, is both friendly and helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble for her.

I have an account with you - because I want to buy Welsh produce and yours is consistently of a very good quality.

Monday the delivery milkman made a real effort, at my delivery, to apologise as there was no butter as per my normal order.

This morning (Wednesday), on a day when we do not normally have any delivery, a packet of butter was delivered.

This is so impressive as he could have easily waited until Friday and my scheduled delivery but I can see now he made a special effort to deliver our butter.

Can you ensure that the milkman and his managers are informed of his amazing memory and very special service to his customers.

Bought this milk monday which was in date until June 12th Tuesday the milk had gone off bought a new bottle Tuesday in date until 15th June woke up this morning and milk is off again

Excellent service and customer care from this supplier and its employees. So nice to have fresh milk delivered to your doorstep in returnable bottles, especially knowing you're helping to promote a relatively local company (Haverfordwest and I live in Swansea) and do my little bit to help sustainability and climate change. Thoroughly recommend this company

I use this milk delivery service for my Mum who is elderly and lives in Swansea. They are so efficient and reliable. The range of products is huge, fruit, veg even cleaning products. She was really impressed with the daffodils on St David's day. Great company, can't recommend highly enough.

What can I say about this company. I currently live in London but my elderly mum is in Swansea. Andrew the milk man has been delivering milk and other items 3 times a week without fail.
When she needs something else she calls them up and they are so patient and friendly and she gets it promptly delivered. She thinks it is so easy! For St David's day they even gave her a free bunch of daffodils.

I have worked here for nearly 2 years and I can honestly say this is one of the best companies to work for! The directors of this company look after their employees and are always there if you have any issues or problems whether it be work or home.

Unfortunately, we are having to buy this milk from Totally Welsh as our local rural supermarket only stocks their products. On multiple occasions now we have experienced 'off' tasting milk, and on some occasions milk which has a 'garlic' smell. Our fridge is set at 3 degrees celcius, but this company has totally ignored any criticism of its products when we complained to them about the condition of their milk. They have insinuated that possibly we are storing the milk at too high temperatures, - 3 degrees is not high!! They proceeded to blame the distributors and the local supermarket's fridges but were not willing to admit to any problems from their side relating to production and bottling. We would avoid buying their milk if possible, and strongly advise anyone reading this review to do the same.

Your condescending reply telling me that it is necessary to keep the milk stored between 0 - 5 degrees, after me telling you on the telephone that our milk is stored at 3 degrees constantly, tells me that you have not listened to me. On the telephone you also blamed your distributor in Swansea for possible poor storage, and then also the end seller supermarket in Gower where you stated that their fridges may be suspect. I informed you that the supermarket fridges had been replaced at least 1 year prior to my complaint. Your milk products luckily are no longer sold in our local supermarket anymore and I have, since the switch from your products to the new dairy products, had no problems whatsoever, - in fact the milk is of far superior quality and taste.
