While service is generally good I've been complaining recently about coils not working properly. Despite phoning more than once and being promised a call back with an explanation nothing has been forthcoming at all and I'm starting to feel I'm being fobbed off

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I accidentally ordered to my old address and realised when I got a message saying it was out for delivery.
They message Evri to return the parcel to them. Then created a new identical order at £0.00 and shipped it to the correct address so I didnt have to wait.

I'm still waiting for delivery of my subscription which was paid for 5 days ago. Very unhappy about it. Not your fault, except that you use Evri who are fairly useless.
