Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I am sorry to hear of the delay with your recent order; I understand how disappointing it can be when a delivery doesn't arrive as expected nor is this the service we want for our customers.
Upon checking the latest tracking information I can see that the delivery has since been completed however it does appear that there had been a delay within our couriers network at the time causing the parcel to arrive later than anticipated.

Just go to the supermarket and get a simpler option.
Useless fiddly device. When I approached the company they resorted to asking me questions and denied me a refund. Did I do this? I should do that. No sorry an easy refund is not an option and we will not offer an alternative solution. Blah blah blah.
So this review is their own fault
I have had enough of shoddy customer that usually results in numerous emails before being given a refund. So rather than get into that particular rabbit hole, and the associated stress I have told them that I will be making a bad review.

I ordered the new Arc GT 2 when it came…
I ordered the new Arc GT 2 when it came I was really impressed but the Arc stopped working after an hour saying it no atomizer. I took this to the wicked shop in bury and was diagnosed as a faulty atomizer and was given 2 replacement atomizers thanks wicked and to the shop assistant who sorted my Arc GT 2 out.
