I got 2 camera and door bell.

Initially after purchasing I thought it was low price and fit for purpose so I recommended it to a family member who bought and returned theirs within days due to it going offline.

The one I bought and use outdoor started going offline 10months after purchase. I later discovered just over 1 year of purchase that rain water had got into the camera so I contacted Toucan Support who acknowledged the issue, but because it was 15months after purchase they said they can't do anything about it so recommended I purchase a replacement from them.

What a joke, don't buy.

Absolute garbage piece of kit.
I paid £160 for doorbell with camera & extra security camera. I could’ve bought Ring or Blink for less, but I read some decent reviews on Toucan so thought it’s gotta be ok for the money.
But after 1 week the security camera keeps going offline for days at a time and there’s nothing you can do apart from wait for it to re-connect.
And the doorbell camera view goes all grainey when it’s slightly dark outside. No chance of seeing who might be loitering in front of your house.
Save your money and get a Blink or Ring.

Battery won't last much longer than 48 hours , that's pathetic. Wish to send it back and get my money.

Really poor product. Poor video quality, lag time between door bell being pressed and phone connection. Battery life extremely poor (it will have run out while you on your hols) night vision poor, poor motion detection. Had several door cameras over the years this is by far the worse on to date. Wouldn't recommend.

Bought a pair of outdoor security cameras September 22. One failed after a few weeks due to letting in moisture. (Supposed to be weatherproof)! I dropped it getting ready to return and it cracked so could not claim under guarantee.
Purchased another unit but after 12 months it refused to charge up.
Not a budget buy in the end. Would not buy again and have purchased a better brand that is higher in quality and responsiveness.

Really easy for me to set up (and I am so crap at IT )

They even helped me sort an issue out (advice etc ) when it had come out of warranty really impressed !!

The camera does not last more than a year. Replaced it in 2020 and it is 2021 and the replacement quit working. Have called customer support and left numerous messages on voicemail and online support and email. No one is returning a call or responding.
NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!

Placed my order on the 10/10 it’s now the 17/10 with no sign of it being posted, website still says awaiting fulfilment. Very frustrating.

Communication great. Goods arrived in short time and as ordered.

Love the prints but disappointed that they were delivered bent. I think a label on the envelope in future saying 'DO NOT BEND' would help. Hopefully I can flatten that crease out & they'll look fine in frames.

I love the product and the service, only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is that I would be great if posters could be sent flat rather than rolled up
