It was great. Enjoyed a lot.

Kareem, our guide, was very welcoming and went the extra mile to look after us. The days were full, but well paced, with downtime for those who wanted it. Going to an unfamiliar place was made easy and I was able to ask questions about how I might go back and explore for longer at a later date. When we got in the bus they said that we’d leave as family. I certainly felt that transition. Brilliant.

This was amazing trip. Everything in the trip was amazing.

The guide was knowledgeable about the location and was able to my the groups experience enjoyable. I highly recommend him for future tours.

Everything went great during the initial booking process, the communication was fluid and Constant. However, as we approached the day of the tour the company stopped replying us, making us very nervous about our trip. We have tried phone, WhatsApp, and email and nothing.

Our stay at Prima Royale was really good with friendly staff. Ideally located in the heart of the city.
Breakfast served was exceptional and complimentary.

We appreciate all the ride and guide details. Everything went smoothly until the last ride to the airport in Cairo. I guess the driver went to wrong hotel. We ended up getting Uber. But we made it and everything else went superbly.

Great company. Made sure we had the best experience during our stay in Israel. Would definitely use again.

Our guide George was very friendly and very accommodating. We got lucky and ended up having a private tour since the other guest did not show up. My grandma has difficulty walking and my mother had previously fallen and George was kind enough to keep the walking to a minimal. He was very knowledgeable and even thought us a bit about the local food. We didn't feel rushed at all and overall felt really comfortable.

Overall, the trip was good. We saw Bethlehem, the site of Jesus's baptism in Jordan, and Jericho. The tour was not cheap (120 GBP), but it was worth it. Under current circumstances, it would be extremely difficult or impossible to organize this on our own.

Our guide, George, was truly excellent. He provided us with a lot of behind-the-scenes information in a neutral manner. He was very knowledgeable and always happy to answer our questions and explain what we saw.

Be warned: The traffic in Jerusalem is extremely busy, the checkpoints open and close without prior notice, the quality of the roads in the West Bank will hurt your bottom, and the ubiquitous street sellers in Bethlehem are *very* persistent.

What could be better: 1) The communication before the tour. We were advised to book a cable car and lunch in Jericho but the provided link didn't work. It turned out that it was low season and no pre-booking was necessary. 2) You need cash, cards are not accepted for the cable car (no group discount, the cost is 60 NIS) or lunch (20 USD or 70 NIS). 3) The minibus which picked us up on the street in front of the David Citadel Hotel (not immediately in front of the entrance) was not marked and the driver didn't speak English so there was some confusion if it was the right bus). 4) The minibus took about an hour to get to Bethlehem because of the closed checkpoint on the way. The driver didn't speak English, was making frantic phone calls, there was no guide and it was not clear what was going on. The guide joined us only in Bethlehem because he was Palestinian and could not easily get to Israel.

Omer did a great job guiding and providing insightful historic context. Our driver was highly skilled and we were able to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Itzik/Isaac was a great driver throughout my stay in Israel. On time, great conversation, very efficient!

My VIP Departure service was wonderful. My guide was friendly and helpful in navigating the airport so that I was able to make it to my gate quickly and with little effort. I am definitely using this service on my next trip to Israel.

I recently wrote a review with this company and I had a great experience, a few days later I booked another tour which was confirmed by email so I took a cab to the meeting point and nobody showed up nor was anyone answering the emergency number. I finally get in touch with them and I was given the run around on my refund plus my cab fare to be reimbursed and they promised to reimburse me. Fast forward to almost 2 weeks of waiting plus I've returned home and I can kiss almost $300 goodbye. I would never use this company again and also another well known tour group in Israel did the same thing. Very poor business on their part and really ruined how I look at tour groups in general. Please contact companies first to see if they have enough people for a tour otherwise they take your money and you'll never see it again. It's almost 2 weeks now that I've been trying. And you see how they quickly responded on this website like they are all concerned well I still have not heard nothing back from this company nor did I receive my money back.

It was an amazing experience with a knowledgeable and patient guide and nice people.
