The hotel was quite near the daily pickup point for our tour. It is also near all amenities. The staff was professional and friendly and our room was clean and well maintained.
However, our experience with taxi driver that drove us to the airport was unpleasant. This was booked through the hotel. The price was quoted as 190ils (using credit card) by the reception and lower if paid by cash. As I had no cash on hand, the driver said that I had to pay an additional 7ils. I informed him the cash and credit card payment type as agreed with the hotel and he said he was unhappy and told me not to talk further though I volunteered to pay the additional 7ils. It was really a situation awkward all the way to the airport. I booked a taxi through the hotel to have a smooth journey unfortunately this situation still happens..

Super fun meeting people all around the world and experiencing the unique world of Jordan together. Ahmed was great and not only guided us through the red tape but added wisdom and levity to the experience. The 3 day/2 night wadi rum/petra tour is worth it if you want to get to see more than just the canyon path to/and the Treasury of Petra (which is only about 25% of Petra), but you'll get most of the fun with just the two (wadi rum/Petra) if youre pressed on time. One of the best parts of Petra for me is the hike you can do from little Petra to the monestary which you can only do with 6hrs+ in Petra. Like for many the wadi rum also is an underrated highlight.

An Israel day trip to petra from anywhere but Eilat is way too much travel in my opinion, so try to go at least 1 night near Petra/wadi rum in Jordan, no matter what you end up doing. Have fun!

Driver was early, professional, and got me to the airport in a timely manner.

1. may need to tell clients how rigorous climbing up could be to 40 & above aged people. even for me who steadily exercise kendo & ballroom dancing every other days, it was tough climbing up.

2. probably that's why cable care admission fee was recommended but on sept 18th, it was NOT operative.

otherwise, very interesting informative stories shared by the guide, very easy going & friendly, trip will be remembered fondly

Tour was great.

Only issue is they did not tell us ahead of time that you needed cash to enter some of the sites and it was not included.

Although a tour is never long enough, this was a wonderful taste of southern Jordan.
Nazir was a fantastic guide and a wealth of knowledge.
Accommodations and meals were stellar.
PETRA: I wish I did some physical training for this but I made it to the Monestary!!
Bring ample money (cash only) for support transportation...donkey, horse, camel or cart. Well worth it because the hiking and climbing in such heat is a real challenge. Of course bring money for food and beverages

The journey was comfortable and fast. Border crossings are slow and annoying.
Our driver was excellent and efficient.
I got to my destination safely and at a great price.

Punctuality, clean n modern vehicles, polite n responsive staff.
Would have been better if the name n tel no of the staff at the pickup point at the Jerusalem was shared in advance.
Also there are 2 exit gates i.e. 14 n 18. All pax could be asked to meet at one particular gate to avoid delays.

Beautiful trip. The guide told us a lot of interesting facts. Interesting, adventurous and relaxing!

Loved that they sent detailed map of pick up location at airport the day before. Even had pics. I was an hour late coming in and I went to desk found my name and drivers number. I text him on whatsapp and he was right outside waiting. Quick ride to Jerusalem at night. Highly recommend this service.

The guide was wonderful, we really enjoyed it and we definitely recommend this tour.

Guided tour by Alicia was amazing! Without her we would never have learned or seen the things we did. Be prepared for a long day, but it was totally worth the exertion. Transit to and from border was prompt. Border crossing from Jordan a bit disorganized, but that has nothing to do with this tour- just the way it is, so be patient. 10JD to exit, 10 JD for bus to cross. Border crossing from Israel a bit faster, but expensive to exit- can pay with card. Would highly recommend this company for a day tour to Jerusalem. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Kareem is probably the best tour guide in Petra. A generous and knowledgeable person.

This company definitely got the right tour guide on the Jordan side. The one we had, was called Kareem and his driver Hussein.
Kareem was a very friendly and knowledgeable guide. He knew a lot about the Jordanian history, tried to bring as close to the Jordanian culture as he could. Gave us freshly baked local pida, showed us the interesting parts in petra and knew a lot of facts about it. At the end of the tour we got Jordanian cuisine to eat and as a dessert local watermelons with their version of "healthy coffee".
Kareem was very keen on bringing us his culture as close as possible, can only recommend that you ask if he is available for your tour.

As nice as it could be, nice hotel, good bus drivers, clean busses, knowledgeable tour guides, the best tour I have ever been on.
