They are misleading and don't honor what they promised on their website and what I booked.
They don't have support service on whatsapp unless it's working hours israel time. In Australia, With the time difference obviously there is NO support.
I sent them an email. I received the acknowledgment and after two months and many solicitation never had an answer. They owe me money for the cancellation of the tour and I haven't seen the money, nor have I a person to talk to.

Those Guider and the driver was very friendly and gentleman I can’t way to be back thanks very much for both of them

A mention apart for the guide (I dont remember his name now): he was a real guide. Made everything even better with his patience and knowledge.

Overall it was excellent but there were a few things that bothered us.
It wasn't clear that the morning in Aqaba would cost extra. We thought it would be "regular" sightseeing. The private beach was very nice though. It also wasn't clear to all to bring a bathing suit.

The other things that detracted were lack of USB on the bus in Jordan and that the electric outlets at the camp were unusable. The pattern of the socket was neither Israeli style nor US or European style.

Also having to pay for drinks just didn't feel right.

On the plus side, the guide was superb. The organization was to a tee. And the bus drivers were excellent.

We booked the pick up in Tel Aviv pick up point for Jerusalem, bethlehem and the dead Sea.
Pick up was downtown at 6.30 am. Pure chaos at the pick up point and we left late. Our tour guide for Jerusalem was amazing, warm and full of information. Loved it. We arrived at the Palestine border where the 2nd tour guide took over and he was not so attentive and had a could not be bothered attitude, he cohersed everybody into a gift shop where they closed the doors with everybody inside and did a big spiel trying to sell stuff, I immediately felt uneasy with this as it was clear he was doing this for a kickback, a lot of the other people on the tour were very unhappy with this. He then asked on the bus who wanted a burger etc with a show of hands and stated $10 per person, the place we went to was a joke... like a cafeteria, pure chaos and three guys who looked like security men throwing burgers around.
We finally got back on the bus after seeing no more than a glimpse of the church birth place of Jesus.
We now are stuck in traffic for the longest time before we met back with our initial tour guide.
It's now beginning to get very aggravating stuck on this bus. The tour guide was very apologetic and then announced that we did not have time for the Dead Sea.
We spent hours on this bus in heavy traffic, it was horrible.
The tour guide then stated that we should write a complaint and this was announced to the entire bus, he said the company will have to do something for you and he was so very sorry.
I wrote there and then to the company Tourist Israel, and then followed up with phone calls and voicemail to no avail at all.. finally received email back stating that they were sorry and they would like to offer us a complimentary tour or we could transfer it to somebody else.... Joke... we won't go back to Tel Aviv, it was a once in a life time thing to do. Which was ruined !!
I might add that we were 5 adults 3 of whom were elderly and we were on this bus for hours.... very uncomfortable and challenging. I wrote back to the company and told them that I thought 50% per person refund would be adequate for compensation, it obviously fell on deaf ears as I received a response once again offering a free tour.... unbelievably upsetting to say the least.
We got on this bus at just before 7am and got off it around 20.00 hours very stressed. I hate to complain and if we had had the first tourguide for the entire day, I have no doubt in my mind it would have been spectacular.... it was all ruined by the Bethlehem/Palestine tour guide who to me obviously was getting a financial kickback from the gift shop and cafeteria he took us to..... there was no mention of this in the tour description.

Just completed the 8 day Christian Holy land tour with tourist israel and highly recommend this company. All the days were daytrips which suited us as we met new groups of people every day and the locations that we went to was a dream come true. All our guides were very knowledgeable of the locations we went to and the company always sent me notification of the next days itinerary. Start and drop off points were at a centralised location which was within a 5 to 10 minute walk which was very good as it saves time travelling on a bus picking up people. Price didn't include entry fees but I was advised of the cost for all of these before our tour so no surprises there. Thank to this company for an excellent holiday and a once in a lifetime experience

The company of Tourist Israel was great to work with, official, organised and professional.
Unfortunately the tour was not the same. No-one else were on the tour, so my friend and I received a private tour which was cool. Beforehand we were told this was a tour of Mt Sinai and St Catherine’s Monastery. But on the tour we were told Mt Sinai was always further away so we never got to see it except from a distance. Later upon researching, we believe it was the hill next to the monastery, but our tour guide (with limited English) was convinced that it wasn't and at the time we knew no different. This is disappointing as we felt we missed out on Mt Sinai.
We had also been told that there would be an opportunity for snorkeling and swimming. Yes we went swimming, but sadly the beach chosen was very shallow with no coral or fish and no snorkels were provided.
We felt that the communication with what to expect was misleading as we didn't get the tour we thought we signed up for.
Our tour guide was very nice, but the tour didn't feel very informational.

The car service called me shortly after landing and provided additional directions to their desk. Driver was there ready to go. We were loaded into the van within a couple minutes. Can was very clean.

Our tour guide was wonderful !
She was very informative in an interesting way . Even our children 10 12 were paying attention, so were the adults. Masada is unbelievable it’s out 2nd time . Dead sea was a great experience for our grandkids they covered themself with mud . It’s sad to see how much it has receded since we had last been here. Love all the new shops and food places even glamping . It looks like a mini resort .
Ein Gedi so so We would have rather had more time at the Dead Sea .

Reliable for a very early morning airport transfer from Tel Aviv to Ben Gurion!

This was the third time we are staying at Fabric Hotel during our 2 weeks in Israel and Jordan trip.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They recognised us easily and got our room keys.

Room though compact, is very comfortable, clean with everything that you could need. Drinks from the bar fridge and coffee machine are complimentary.

A visit to the bar shouldn’t be missed either. Free drink and discount on food during happy hour is provided. Food is also v good. We love the chicken wings.

Very reliable, good service! I recommend it. Thank you.

Us into Bethlehem was very knowledgeable and we didn’t feel rushed at all which is what some tours can be like, and then Oren who gave us a very in-depth appreciation of all the cultures within Jerusalem with his in-depth knowledge of it all, A must do tour if you’re visiting Israel for the first time like us, I just wish we had booked for a longer stay so we could have visited more of the country. We will be back.

The young man who met us was very friendly and helpful and got us through all the security and luggage checks quickly and smoothly - from arrival at the airport until we reached Duty Free was 40 minutes in a very busy airport. I will definitely use this company again!

Tour guide was very good.
Border transit and transfers from border to Petra and back were very good.
Provided lunch was very good.

Transfers from Jerusalem to border and back not so good.

This tour was too complicated. I never went to Death Sea as promised. Everything was like flash, lunch tome at 15pm too late. No schedule for shopping souvenirs. Tour guide was fine, organization horrible

Our tour guide Kneetzar was excellent. Attentive, informative, accommodating and friendly.
Wadi Rum and Petra were both spectacular and the accommodation at Wadi Rum was exceptional.

Tel Aviv walking tour was incredible. Noam was an amazing tour guide. We were very impressed with this tour. Highly recommend it. Rachel from Australia
