Pre-ordered the OMG Remix Super Surprise from Toy R Us in Canada. Received a notification that the order is sent and was happy. Just to receive another notification shortly after that the order was canceled. Got a refund and a useless coupon instead.
Wanted to write a review and mentioned that they should prepare better next time, especially if it as product that is popular. One example was by limiting the amount of the same product per address, to prevent scalpers to buy out the entire stock.

My review was never published and the review that are there are all negative and people describe the same problems. On their FB page they delete every negative comment only thing left are anger reacts.
Just checked their website again and it looks like they now have gotten rid off the negative reviews too.

I don't think I'm going to pre-order anything from them ever again. I don't even feel like buying from them at all after that experience.

I sent two inquiries through there contact us email address over the last two weeks and never received a response to either one.

Absolutely useless. I bought an rc car and a day after it arrived I noticed it wasn't charging. I contacted them and they handballed me around and then stopped replying all together.

I ordered line. It was smooth transaction and received the order without any hiccups.

I ordered an item online. When I opened the box up it was a complete different item and invoice which was somebody elses order. I called customer service in which they sent a replacement new order, yet a day later it was cancelled due to stock availability. Horrible system. Also not to mention a total of 1.5 hours on hold with customer service.

My one year old received duplicate gifts for his birthday. When I approached Toys R Us for an exchange I was told I need a receipt. Gifts were dropped off as it is lockdown so we don't actually know who bought what. After spending thousands at Toys R Us this is the kind of disgusting service I received! Do they really expect me to phone everyone, embarrass myself to ask for a receipt???? COME ON! WHAT HAPPENED TO MANAGERS DISCRESSION? IT'S NOT AS IF HE TOY IS A R1000!

Ordered a skateboard for my daughter’s birthday. And they sent us a penny board for toddler instead! (My daughter’s 15 yo). The price almost half the one that I’ve ordered. Brought back to nearest toys r us (this was not the reason of buying online that I still had to go to the store, duh!), a very tired looking associate helped me got my refund and mumbling “sorry”. Never doing business with them again.

Worst costumer service and shipping in Canada. Order by phone they cancelled it 2 times thinking it was fraud. Third order online finally arrived and when opening box it was dammaged. They packed DAMAGED! Dont do business with them

Toys R us South Africa had a birthday specials for a month but once you go into the store they refuse to give you the toy at the reduce price .

I love all the toys there they all are great Quality,they last a long time and my children love them that’s are also very classy.the only issue I have is that they are closing a lot of the stores down so I can’t buy as much stuff as I used to.

Overall great! Really good variety of products, we always find what we are looking for, but on my last orders delivery times were very long...

I purchased 2 bikes and a Nintendo switch at Toys r us on West Broadway Vancouver. I had an excellent service from Bernardo who helped my kids trying the bikes and recommending the best ones for their size. Also, he knew everything about Nintendo and the games and suggested the most fun and suitable for my kids. Bernardo was helpful, friendly, and patient with us, and I highly recommend his services at Toys r us. We had a great experience at the store!

I purchased some of the lego from this shop( skyline London, Tokyo, new york, & empire building(which I did not receive)). The one I am so disappointed that is the empire-building I purchase from eBay). After two weeks, they did not mention anything until I sent them an email can you provide a shipping code. The customer services said sorry we cannot ship this item cos it is under bad condition. If you sent an email to me within a week, I totally understand that. However, they did not do anything until I ask for the shipping code. After that, I send an email said I still want this product can you manage to send one to me. They reply if you can accept that in an extremely bad condition we can send it to you, and if not you only can accept the refund which takes me a month(including purchasing the product, waiting for the product, and sending email). To be honest, anyone will buy a product in an extremely bad condition? After a month, I saw this product is back in stock. If you manage to get the product within a month, I can wait for that. I contact the customer services again, the way they reply to you is really disrespectful. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANY TOYS FROM YOUR SHOP AGAIN. BAD SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Nunca recibí el pedido. Es cierto que me van a hacer el reembolso pero por un fallo de ellos y de la empresa de transportes con la que operan (Correos), no he recibido mi pedido y se ha devuelto al almacén. No te ofrecen ningún tipo de solución. Hace tiempo que dejé de comprar con empresas que trabajasen con Correos pero me interesaba el producto y le di otra oportunidad. Me equivoqué. Recomiendo comprar en cualquier otra página que tenga el mismo producto antes que aquí.

Two orders, two weeks later and neither has shipped - despite both saying they were in stock on the website when I paid.

I have not received a to reply to any of the emails I sent, nor to messages on the 'contact us' form on the website.

They don't answer the phone and their voicemail says the mailbox is full.

Worst service ever :(

I wished I read the reviews before ordering! Brutal service!

So, I wanted to order a couple of toys for my daughter, but on the website I could only have it shipped. I wanted to pick up at a store.
I thought that I placed the order to pick up, but it was shipped. so, I phoned customer service. I spoke to a guy that told me that he could cancel the order shipped, and my credit card would not be charged, I also wanted to apply a gift card to the amount.
He was able to place the order for me to pick up at a store. 3 days later, I'm charged 2 times, and I get a notice that the order has been shipped and the gift card amount was NOT put towards the items!!!!

I phoned again, and waited for 45 minutes to talk to someone! Spoke to another customer service agent, who told me that the order was shipped, that I could just refuse it at the door when it arrives. I said, what if I'm not at home? She said, then I could take it to Canada post and return it. She said she was going to send me an email with a return number...Still waiting for that!! So, I guess that means, I will have to phone back if the items come for a return #, if I'm not home and have to take the damned things to Canada post. Very frustrated!!!

Worst System, Did online order for curbside lickup of $700 nd waiting forvever to get email from store to pick but noooo they said their system haven’t gotten the order they were not able to find it with the tracking number was told to wait till tomorrow

I had excellent service from Tiana when I phoned in a previous order and so I requested her assistance again today with another order and again she was an incredible help finding the items I wanted and making suggestions of items that she felt I would like. I highly recommend Tiana to help anyone who needs phone assistance with their order. She was so friendly and patient as she searched the store to find just the perfect gifts.
