You are not our client and talking to you about the transaction would have been a conflict of interest so we could not do so. We told you about this during the call, but you persisted in aggressive and thoroughly unpleasant treatment of a junior member of staff, which we will not tolerate and this forced us to terminate the call having given you due warning. We appreciate that your circumstances are stressful but this does not warrant such rudeness towards our staff, nor a 1* review because we could not legally give you the information you required.

We used TQ Law (Team AC) for our first-time buyer property purchase and their conveyancing service was truly outstanding. Despite external ups and downs in our house buying journey, TQ Law (Katie and Abi) were incredibly professional, helpful and reliable. They maintained exceptional communication and took a proactive approach, chasing the Seller's side and always working in our best interest. Their legal expertise and efficient handling of all due diligence and searches was a massive plus. So too was the initial and later forms being capable completion online via TQ Laws secure portal. TQ Law are excellent value for money and we simply couldn't have done this without them- we highly recommend this firm from our experience!

The overall service was good. The company are generally quick to respond to queries and courteous.

Katrina at TQ Law is excellent
I hired Katrina Pendlebury to handle my transaction. She was positive, encouraging and supportive throughout. She and her team were efficient and kept me informed at every step. I could speak to her on the phone as and when needed without any fuss or delay. She treated me like a human being not just a customer and I felt as if she genuinely cared about me and not just the service that she was providing, but how I was being supported and kept up to date throughout. Brilliant as per usual
Brilliant as per usual. This is my second time using TQ Law and they were excellent. Katrina and her team, particularly Katie and Ella were lovely to deal with. We had a negative experience with other solicitors in our chain and it was so refreshing that ours were so great. Other professionals (estate agents) also commented on how fantastic TQ Law were. Very good Conveyancing Quote for the sale of my mother's retirement flat. I gave them the go ahead over 18 months ago (did not put up the price) and has just completed the sale today and money in my bank the same day!
