I recently called Tracker Pest Control with regards to a Wasps nest under the roof of our garage and Jack arrived, advised and dealt with the nest very quickly and decisively.

Wasps ? What wasps?
After four weeks of sleepless nights, with a hornets nest embedded in the ceiling of our loft extension bedroom, two visits from another company that could only suggest scaffolding to be erected to reach the roof, and another company that did not even have a long ladder??? Jack from tracker pest control came with his enormous ladder scaled the heights of our cottage, walked the length of our flat roof, and sorted this nest. He was fantastic, and so confidently reassuring that this could be done, when I thought I was stuck with this wasps nest for months. Highly recommend this company !

Jack is an absolute star. We’ve had big issues and dealt with every pest control in Essex who have all been awful. Was recommended to Jack via Facebook and have been so so impressed. Jack and his team were absolutely amazing! They were professional and empathetic. I have a 7 year old daughter and the bees were coming into her room, she moved in with us but she was terrified of being in the house. On the first consultation visit Jack gave us a little talk about bees and safety, which made my daughter feel very safe in our home, whilst waiting for the job to be completed. Bees have been safely removed and we are very happy with the job. Would recommend you use this company!

Can’t praise Jack Mace enough. Clearly a nature lover, the bumble bees nesting in a shed that was about to be demolished were professionally and carefully removed to be re-homed in his own garden. Excellent!

In short, Jack is everything you want from a tradesman, and a bit more. He is polite, responsive and understanding. Very professional in every aspect of his work.
