Great stuff, but unfortunalty I had to pay much money on tarifs, because I ordered from EU.

Hi Ralf,
Thank you for your feedback. We are really pleased to hear that you were happy with the item itself. We do understand the frustration around import charges. Unfortunately, customs duties and tariffs are set by the destination country and are outside of our control, and it’s the buyer’s responsibility to check what charges may apply when ordering from outside the EU.
While we appreciate your comments, we do feel it’s unfair for customs charges - which we have no control over - to be reflected in our feedback.
Thanks again.

The best!
Absolutely class. I have sold some very rare items to Paul, Nat and the team, and no other firm, auction or auction sites will get you anything near what they pay. Tracks only buys and sells authentic items, this I can guarantee. Great service

This is a fantastic seller
This is a fantastic seller. I am so happy I came across them on the web, and they have a wonderful array of things for sale. First, the owner is super interactive and very helpful and kind. Second, he provided all the information I needed when considering a purchase. Finally, the purchase was shipped quickly, in quality packaging, and was exactly graded (in fact better condition that expected so I was pleasantly surprised). Buy with confidence AND repeatedly!

I trust tracks and would not purchase…
I trust tracks and would not purchase autographs from any other. However, maybe I missed the small print, but I think it should be made clearer that custom charges need to be paid as the UK is outside Europe. I also think that postage of 40 sterling is too much, and if it includes insurance, then that should be paid by tracks.

Hi Seamus,
Thank you for your feedback. I completely understand your concerns regarding customs and postage costs, and I appreciate the chance to clarify a few points.
Customs and import charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer to check before purchasing. Unfortunately, these fees vary from country to country and are beyond our control, as mentioned in the e-mail correspondence between us and yourself. They’re determined by each nation’s import policies rather than the seller.
As for postage, all shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout, so customers can review and decide whether to proceed before completing their purchase. The cost reflects fast, fully tracked, and insured delivery - ensuring that valuable items reach you safely and securely. We can offer cheaper shipping options; however, these would not include insurance, and in the event of loss, theft, or damage, responsibility would then fall on the customer.
We really appreciate your feedback. It helps us continue to provide a reliable and transparent service for all our customers.
Thanks.
