I had a very disappointing experience with this company, dealing with Nathan. I was working with a friend to build a website for his business, and the only reason the project stalled was because TractorHouse refused to allow integration of his listings. Even after that, I continued helping my friend with transitioning his domain.

Throughout this process, communication from Nathan was inconsistent and often indirect. Instead of addressing questions or concerns directly, he repeatedly routed messages through my friend, which made simple matters unnecessarily complicated. When I attempted to discuss the domain transfer with him, he dismissed the value of the domain, acted as though he didn’t understand why he would need to pay for it (even though it was registered under my account while I was building the site), avoided direct communication, and then told my friend that I was “not workable,” despite never attempting a straightforward conversation with me.

The last issue was an attempt to take control of the domain after I transferred it to my friend. Nathan tried to move the domain out from under him without speaking to either of us, and when my friend asked about selling it to him, Nathan responded by trying to raise the hosting fee. Based on how this was handled, I cannot recommend working with Nathan. The combination of poor communication, indirect handling of important matters, and actions that showed no integrity in dealing with the domain raise serious concerns about professionalism.

Throughout the entire interaction, Nathan only communicated directly when he wanted something, and avoided communication when clarification was needed. After attempting to take the domain without paying for it, I reached out to him with a polite email to clear things up and even apologized if I had seemed unworkable. He never replied, yet continued messaging my friend instead. This pattern speaks for itself.

Don’t waste your time or money. Go find honest folks to deal with!!

I Had Josh from Tractor house fing my tractor ad listed on Facebook.He said my particular tractor was a top seller.He quoted me 3 that sold quick at more than mine was listed for.He knew of people that were looking for my particular tractor.Were much better than face book.The fee was very expensive but he assured me,this will sell.In fact he suggested raising the price.Which I said ok.After a week no calls onto 2 weeks nothing,I did get transport people offering to haul it.Then they tried to get.me to use them for a cheaper fee.What a disjusting business.I got much more calls from a Facebook listing..for free.Tractor house is a scam!!

Called them from a contact at Teague Kubota. They said they could fix the problem with our Massey Ferguson 240. Sent tech to our house Ethan from Taylor. Told them $$$ wasn't an issue and they said they could fix it. We can fix it. They replaced filter and the pump fluid and then all of a sudden after it didn't work we need to get it to the shop. I said no problem, well you may need to leave a deposit. I already told you no problem do you need the deposit now? No, you can wait till we finish the work. Hmmmm. Ethan stressed this and Taylor brought this up twice. Friday first visit and assessment on our property and Monday the filter came in and they sent Ethan back. Well Ethan said they had a tech that was a Massey Ferguson seasoned vet of 25 years. Monday afternoon after changing a filter, lmbo, didn't work I get a call from Taylor there is only one part for that model and they aren't sure it will work. I asked how much I owe u guys $1k. Paid it immediately. I made some calls and found the exact pump for my unit and also matches my manual, by the way. Well we don't want u to pay 8k and it don't work. I already told u money isn't an issue but guess since I'm black, they figured I don't have money. They are a joke.

Great site - I always use tractorhouse to find equipment I'm looking for.

I just spent 1/2 hour to an hour putting up two listings and in the end they weren't posted until someone called me. I was than informed it would be $125.00 a month, Each. That's $250 a month, for 'data' No wonder items are so expensive there.
Atleast Machinery Pete tells you it will be $50 for the listing Before you take the time, and energy to post the listing!

be prepared to pay big for nothing but spam phone calls. They create a spoof number that forwards to your phone. After the add was placed my phone blew up with spam all stating "this call was generated by tractorhouse" When I canceled they refused to remove the spoof number leaving me answering calls all day long that are scams that originated with that ad.

I had a good experience with Karli. Hat off to her for customer service.

Went through the WHOLE process of posting pictures, advertisement, etc. to sell an 75yr old tractor. No point in this did it plainly say there was a charge. Get a phone call days later. OH, that will be $XXX in hundreds of dollars up front. That is a scam if I ever saw one.

If there is a charge, it should have been on page 1.

Decided to advertise my tractor with them after a very persuasive salesman assured me the tractor would likely sell. The advertising was expensive. I didn’t get even one enquiry. When I contacted them asking for a refund, I was met with hostility and smart remarks which left me shocked. I wouldn’t recommend this platform for selling things. I’m now £360 out of pocket and achieved nothing.

Several years ago Tractor House had a good website.
Now it is unusable on an IPad.
It’s pages are cluttered with ads and if you touch the wrong place you lose what you searched for.
The featured listings make it hard and time consuming for the buyers to find what we are looking for in the general listings.
I now use Machinery Pete, Fastline, or John Deere and Case websites. I avoid Tractor House.

Have trucks listed but don't have the truck it says they have. Lure you into their site kinda deal.

Our Crane Company located in Baltimore, Maryland “Williams Crane” bought a Used Freightliner Rollback truck from the good folks @ Longview Truck Center located in Longview Texas. Where they have been providing Quality Trucks & Trailers along with modern Day Cabs & Sleepers and also Construction equipment for almost 20 years. We bought the truck (“As Is” no warranty which is typical in the industry on used trucks) after seeing it on the website and having them send us videos (with sound) and we watched as they ran it through the necessary functions that were important to us to see it in action along with 20 or 30 Photos. We made a pretty quick deal & then flew a driver down from Maryland to pick it up and drive it back to Baltimore. We had it Maryland State inspected and it passed with flying colors. After several months we had some rather expensive mechanical issues with the Truck & even though it did not have a warranty & honestly they did not have to do anything for us….. let’s just say they stepped up to the plate and sent us a check for a portion of what we spent on the repairs “No One In the Industry Does That”. So now Longview has a customer for life!! We knew that they have a reputation for outstanding quality ( & we love Our Rollback) and honesty and integrity and we found out just how true that is! You will not find a better Truck Dealer in the USA. We got a good deal & Bobby & Deidra really stepped up for us when they did not have to and again we will buy more Trucks from Longview we plan on a long, long relationship with this Dealership. Kudos to Longview! For the way they do business!!

I have had nothing but high compliments for TractorHouse. Tyler assisted me with two different tractor postings and was very helpful. BOTH tractors sold at listing price and BOTH tractors sold within a week of posting. Highly recommend TractorHouse if your looking to buy or sell. They reach a very broad audience.

TractorHouse is a great site in my experience! It is easy to negotiate with abundant filters.
I just bought a 2012 JD 83 HP tractor off of Herr and Leaman in Lancaster County, PA.
I was very leery and hesitant about buying and shipping from another state, but I was very fortunate the first time around:
#1. Read the reviews/check out seller's website. Some of the seller's have horrible reviews; on Google Maps, if the facility is a shed/empty lot/auction house buyer beware.
#2. Herr and Leaman Farm Equipment are run by two older gentlemen, who are from the era of integrity, trust, and repeat customers. I have dealt subsequently after my tractor purchase buying flail mowers, grapples, sprayers, from other dealers, and some of these dealers are such a turn off. These two fellows are old school, and are 5 stars plus. Nice website, nice facility, they keep their equipment inside, easy to talk to etc. etc. They even had their favorite trucker call me to haul my purchase down to Florida. First impressions!
#3. Hire the local farm equipment dealer's service tech to check out the equipment. Again, I lucked out with Deer Country John Deere Dealership in Manheim. Ashley with the Service Department knew exactly what I wanted, service tech Charles even called me on my cell and went through the few findings on the tractor, and with a fine tooth comb ( found a "pinhole opening in the rear window gasket with a spec of rust" - what a tech!!!)
I hope all of you will have the same experience I had!
I do wish that TractorHouse would ban advertisers who have horrible ratings, commit fraud, etc. When you have so many negative ratings because you won't address the issue ( bad vendors), that's not good.

We sell more new and used ag equipment via Tractor House then anything else we do. People call from all over America to talk about, learn about and buy our equipment we post on Tractor House. It works for us.

This is a bullsjit USA company that has no foothold in Australia other than taking up space in the Google results

I do not know if Tractorhouse owns Currency Financing, or the other way around. However it works my online application went to OneMain Financial, upon completing a Currency App. Still waiting for the funds to make it to the Implement Dealer in North Dakota. He won't ship without funds, and in this world who can blame him. So now I have all my work, and hoping that it doesn't get sold out from under me. Was told they would send an email to get them to ship the tractor, but OneMain doesn't know that tractors are sold via Bill of Sale, not a Title so once it leaves the state a legal battle awaits.

Finally got transferred to Currency from OneMain. Not friendly people, even when trying to help I would repeat it back to make sure I was writing it down correctly. If you want to get farm equipment. Just pay more or settle for less at your local Vendor. Avoid using Currency for finance, and Tractorhouse- unless you are using it to see what is available in the local area.

You email sellers and know one ever gets back to you. This site stinks
