Spent near enough 20 K on a vehicle, was sold a premium package deal for an additional £599 .00 .. 4 weeks later still waiting for the premium car mats , chased on several occasions, every single after sales member just passing the bucket on .. eventually had to purchase my own floor mats . Extremely disappointing overall after sales service.
