Tradewinds Oriental Shop Reviews

Easy to order, the best price, and the delivery was fast + excellent. There was no chance of the box of pots getting damaged, it was packed so well. Getting into the strong outer box was easy, but I had to use a stanley knife to get through the layers of bubble wrap which protected the inner box. I only buy the Pink Apple pots, they are the best available. Will definitely use this company again. Thank you

Excellent range of products at fair prices. A similar company I used to use ceased trading - I am delighted to find the Mr Huda's pastes again. I will definitely use Tradewinds again.

Good prices and choice, good quality products. Fast delivery with everything well packaged.

This is one of the best online chinese food market businesses ever , a great selection of food, curry pastes, spices ,sauces etc at low prices, cheap delivery and well boxed and wrapped merchandise,i would well recommend them and have been dealing with them a long time, they are always happy to help and have some great offers

Very pleased with the service and shopping experience at Tradewinds , a very good example of how a successful business should be.
Many thanks

Always 5 star, good price and order always on time👍

Always excellent value and great service

Trade winds provide a fantastic service, delivery times are really quick.
I’ve used them every time I need to replace my stock of Maykway curry powder and have never been disappointed with the service they provide. Fully recommend

Excellenty service, very competitively priced goods sent immediately, thanks!

I would like to start by saying that I normally have a really good service from Tradewinds; however, I'm really disappointed with how an issue with my last delivery was handled.
Basically, a large bottle of sweet soy had completely smashed inside the box it was delivered in and had leaked a sticky mess onto my hallway carpet (but I managed to clean it up with no permanent marks). I reported the damaged item straight away and asked for a replacement. They provided a refund fairly quickly. My issue is that I specifically asked them to post a replacement, but they only offered a refund and I will now have to pay postage again should I order the replacement myself. I don't think this is right, they should have posted a replacement at their own expense. For this reason, I'll probably shop elsewhere from now on.

My daughter is obsessed with Ramune. It's quite difficult to get hold. Trade Winds have a great variety of Ramune. Ordering was simply and delivery was excellent. Highly recommend, great customer service.

Order several time, and arrived within few days. Highly recommend.

Fast, efficient and great choice with all the stuff I can’t get anywhere else and at prices better than anywhere else.

Thanks. Tradewinds would be perfect if it could only find a way of sourcing Wing Yip’s Singapore noodle paste again.🤗

Quick despatch and delivery time for my location. Everything always well packed and the prices are good too. Highly recommend

I love this shop. I don't live near any oriental supermarkets and was so glad to find this shop! Great selection of spices, sauces and other ingredients. My favourite part of my order is choosing some unknown snacks - they're rarely disappointing! Delivery is great, goods packaged really well.

As always the prices are great, the range is good and the service is excellent. One item was missed off the delivery but we all make mistakes and there was an immediate refund. The only thing stopping me from always using Tradewinds is that they do not currently stock Kim Ve Wong soy sauce;-)

Have used Tradewinds several times - large variety of products and prompt delivery

Excellent service from order to delivery.I've used this company a number of times without any problems.

Problem with delivery but sorted excellently. Thanks
