Antwoord van Tradin
Dear Suhas,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We would like to clarify that Tradin does not charge any internal fees on deposits or withdrawals. The network fees associated with cryptocurrency transactions are determined entirely by the blockchain network and our Payment Service Provider, and are outside of our control. These fees fluctuate based on network congestion and are a standard part of all cryptocurrency transactions across any platform.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out to us at support@tradin.com should you have any further questions.
Best regards,
Tradin Team

Antwoord van Tradin
Dear Ankur,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
At Tradin, dynamic leverage adjustments during major news events are a standard and necessary risk management measure. High-impact news releases can cause extreme market volatility and rapid price movements, which significantly increase exposure for leveraged positions. Temporarily reducing leverage during these periods is done to protect our clients from excessive losses and to maintain orderly trading conditions.
This is an industry-wide practice and is clearly outlined in our Terms and Conditions. We encourage all clients to review our dynamic leverage policy available on our platform for full transparency on how leverage is adjusted during such events.
Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at support@tradin.com.
Best regards,
Tradin Team
