Fabulous customer service! Tim Wells went out of his way to accommodate my schedule since I was coming from Michigan. (2400 miles away)
I have other Transfer Flow products on my older trucks and Tim always help to get me the right parts and advice to service my equipment .

Works like it should
I had a local company install this tank for me. I heard no complaints from them regarding ease of install. It was nice to be able to point them to the video and on-line instructions so they knew what they were getting into. The tank has been functioning flawlessly in my 2025 F350 7.3L gas pickup. The gas gauge still works. The distance to empty calculation is off. Hopefully someone comes up with a software fix for the late model trucks. Overall, I'm happy with the tank and it does what I paid for - extended my range.

Ordering was straight forward and…
Ordering was straight forward and quick. Customer was friendly, patient and worked with me.
Shop that installed the tank was impressed with the build quality and was able to get the install fairly quickly. The profile under the truck is about the same as the skid plate that was removed. The tank metal is heavy enough that there is not need for the skid. Operation we will see. Still need to get the gauge calibrated but that may be more of a Ford issue than Transfer Flow.

The $2,000 tank is damaged upon receipt!!! 1 massive dent in the back, 1 small dent in the back and the delivery driver threw it off his truck onto the fill cap!!!

Works great, no leaks and a super clean look! Great product!
Would be nice to have a vehicle specific template for drilling the 1.25” holes for the hoses.
Once I drilled them I struggled getting my hand high enough on a 2026 GMC 2500. Could just be my big hands, but if I drilled slightly lower, it would have been much easier. Can’t complain, it works great and looks factory underneath.

I bought a used truck with a lost key
I bought a used truck that had a Transfer Flow system in it. I knew nothing about the system so I called up and got to speak to Tim Wells. He explained the system to me and everything I needed to know about it. The truck also didn’t come with the key to lock the box. Tim helped me track down a replacement key for the box. Certainly would recommend this company just based off of service. However, I love the system also and it tremendously increases my fuel range from stock.
