Traslo Service Limited Reviews

In time and very precise

Amazing service they really helped us to relocate and followed us step by step. Great communication and strong value for money. Very good company!!!

We recently used Traslo and can't recommend them highly enough. Throughout the process we were in contact with Paul and his team. We were clear about what the process was. We never waited too long for a response to our questions and we were constantly appraisedof how things were moving along. Paul was super helpful in helping us decide the correct size and what paper work to provide etc.
Ont he day, the driver (Toncho) was brilliant. Although, his English was very limited he was super helpful, patient and calm. He managed to fight his way through the French farmer blockades with the truck holding our contents and by driving the early hours he was able to get through and delivered to us on time.

Azienda super efficiente e personale disponibile. La gestione di un trasloco di vari materiali è stata impeccabile.

Paul was so helpful, professional and kind. He helped me through a very difficult move. He was on hand day and night all week long. Thank you for being such a huge helping hand!

We moved with Traslo from Manchester to Barcelona and everything was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Communications and quotes were clear and understandable, moving date was quickly organised around our tight schedule, every item was inventoried, checked and double checked against our own lists, and our belongings arrived safely and with care at our destination way ahead of what we expected. Fully recommended. Thank you for making our move as stress free as we hoped!

I would avoid using them from the very start.. our relocation with Traslo Services was the most stressful of all 4 we had in by he last years. Our goods were delivered in a state of despair.. everything thrown all over each other with not one piece of furniture making it to destination untouched! Even with insurance, we are still out of the pocket not to exclude the stress I had to go through. Stay away is the best solution.

Excellent. Extra packing and protection had been added to my furniture and belongings which I didn't know until it arrived. I wasn't there the day of the pick up but everything was well organised and great communication. I was especially grateful for the care they took to my belongings.

Trattare con persone altamente professionali.
Gentilezza e cortesia ogni volta che ero in difficolta.
La disponibilità avuta per inaspettati problemi.

We moved a family home of ten years from London to Tarragona. The process was smooth from start to finish. Having requested a quote quite early on in the year, Stefano was patient and there was no undue pressure to accept like we experienced from other providers. Once booked, Paul & the team were friendly and very quick to respond - the driver was protective of our high value items and ensured their safekeeping and prompt delivery. Thank you all!

Fantastic service. Paul and all the team were brilliant and really helpful in my move from the UK to Spain.

Great communication and friendly, they were able to advise on all areas of what seemed a daunting move and to allay any concerns, especially surrounding customs forms and general paperwork.

Furthermore, they were able to secure duty-free entry on all the items I was transporting.

In terms of the move itself, the driver was equally fantastic: friendly and so helpful. Having left my UK home on the Monday around 12noon, I was amazed and seriously impressed to meet him in Spain by Wednesday lunchtime, just two days later. Everything arrived safe, secure and in excellent condition.

I couldn't be happier or recommend Traslo more highly.

A Professional and GREAT Service, Absolutely Recommended
We moved a our entire house contents from the UK to Campania. Prompt and efficient hassle free service, ALL the staff was extremly helpful, from when we first approached the company, through the process of putting together all the documents needed. All quotes and costs were transparent and our stuff arrived safe and intact NO BREAKAGES!!!. I'd recommend this company over all the others we approached that didn't even take the time to explain what their quote included. A special thanks to Simone and Letizia who went above and beyond for us.

We moved half of a flat from London to Naples. Perfect service, the staff was super helpful, from when we first approached the company, through the process of putting together all the documents needed (which with Brexit can be complicated) to the very end. All quotes and costs were transparent and our stuff arrived safe and sound. I'd recommend this company over all the others we approached that didn't even take the time to explain what their quote included. A special thanks to Simone and Letizia who went above and beyond for us.

Successful experience. Very professional team. Good assistance and timely replies all along the process.
I warmly advise this company!

We moved from Genoa (Italy) to UK, with more than 20 cbm of personal belongings. We've found an
excellent service, punctual in all the indications before the move and efficient logistics with the information received. The same punctuality of the workers for loading and unloading.
Precise in the information for customs and related documents
