This was my first time booking a trip with Travel Buddy. Communication was quick and informative from the get-go, which was really helpful to find the best dates to travel and routes to take etc. I felt that my preferences were listened to and the suggested trips suited what we were looking for. A special thanks to April, for being professional, friendly, and making the first part of planning our honeymoon so smooth.

Our details were not correct. I was passed from pillar to post everytime I dialled a number I was given; starting with the telephone number on my booking confirmation. Eventually on the third number I spoke to someone who appologised and said they would get a confirmation through with the correct details. Here I am a week later still waiting a correct confirmation. What I am waiting for is important because what they have confirmed does not tie up with the informationon on the passport!!

Thank you for reply.It seems you are inaccurate with your reply because when I first spoke to you, you agreed that the original DOB you had been given was correct and that the mistake was made on the confirmation of order. When you mentioned a new confirmation of order was to be sent at no time did you mention it would take longer than the original confirmation and why. As regards to accussing me of being discouteous that is way off the mark becuase at no time during our two telephone conversations have I raised my voice or been rude. To difuse the situation I said we are going to have to agree to disagree, but it seems you want to continue this awful situation and accuse your customer of something he has not done which I find discourteous and very unprofessional.

April was amazing at arranging our holiday & very honest about things as we needed several flights, several hotels & several transfers. Would definitely recommend, the booking process was a dream. Fingers crossed all goes as smooth when we are actually there.

After seeing an amazing deal advertised on facebook I was a bit hesitant in booking, but did research and found Travel Buddy on ATOL / ABTA so was assured the site was 100% genuine.
I contacted them via WhatsApp initially and then when I was happy to proceed I received call from April to assist me with the booking.
April was really polite and professional and made me feel excited about my up coming trip.
I am so pleased that I took the opportunity to book the deal I got, it defo wasn’t “too good to be true”. It was just too good not to jump at 😊
