Not great at delivery
I purchased a bracelet on 8 June and according to their website it has been in transit since 10 June. At first they told me it is normal to have no updates on the tracking and now they email me daily saying they still don't know where it is. After 20 days "in transit" I have asked for a refund.
Update: Received an email advising they can't refund until the courier says it is lost. They have until the end of the week before I contact my bank. Absolutely shocking customer service!
Final update: My order arrived on 1 July and it is very nice. My advice to people buying stuff here is be aware that delivery can be very slow and online tracking is unreliable.

Delivery has not occurred after 14 working days. No ownership or accountability taken by the vendor to remedy, no responsibility taken for lack of tracking info. Although they are responding to emails all they state is they will attempt to update once they have feedback from the courier

High quality service and product
The website has a great variety of products and it was really easy to negotiate and order what I wanted. The delivery tracking process was good and enabled me to see the packages progress once it had left the International Postal centre at processing centre at Kastrup…however I wasn’t aware the order was coming from Denmark to New Zealand. The package arrived about two weeks after ordering and the upon opening it, I found that there was one product missing from the order. After contacting the customer service crew at Trendhim, I have received notification that my other order is on the way .. woohoo 🎉 .. the customer service communications have been immediate responses to my situation and always in a friendly and helpful manner. The product I have received (men’s bracelet) is of very high quality and I am extremely happy with it. I am really happy with the service and recommend Trendhim as a men’s accessory provider.

Dishonest Company - Beware
I have been dealing with this company for months and have received terrible service. I originally ordered a ring and the wrong sized ring was sent. The funny thing was this ring fitted me. Then I ordered another ring the same size and the new one didn't fit. I contacted Trendhim and they made me jump through so many hoops, sending photos, then visiting a jeweler to prove the rings were different sizes. Finally they agreed to an exchange but the correct size ring wasn't in stock. I finally spotted that the ring was back in stock and they told me to order it immediately as there was only one unit in stock and they would refund the shipping. They then completely ghosted me and haven't responded to about eight emails I've sent them querying when the shipping will be refunded. They still haven't refunded the shipping as they promised. I have no choice but to raise a dispute with Visa to cancel this transaction. I will never be ordering from them again and warn others that they are a dishonest company.

Shipping timeframes still wrong
Reading reviews, it appears this company continues to advertise that items will be delivered in 6-9 working days.
After having waited 10 working days (tracking not updates since 19/02), I received an email stating the order has been delayed!
I replied to it a few days later asking why it appears to be stuck, and got a helpful reply suggesting I wait up to 29 working days (really?!) with precisly zero other assistance offered
EDIT:
Reply from Trendhim states they resolved the issue. Nope.
What they did was send another package. Which also hasn't arrived.
No word from them about what has actually held things up. No offer to follow up. No accountability.

Love what you do. This is our third order and we're very happy. The only downside was that an email about the order being ready to go crossed over with an offer for a free chain. Bad timing but still frustrating.
