This is fraud company. They commit fraud with impunity. I purchased sofa throws from them paying around Rs. 5000/-. They were short in size and did not cover my sofa fully. I immediately contacted them via email and WhatsApp and requested them to replace this item with other products of my use. They did not respond. What is more, they are now not picking even my mobile, though they were very quick in picking my phone and responding before I made them payment. They clearly said to me before that exchange is part of their policy and it is also written on their site. So be beware of such fraudsters and if you still want to shop with them, keep it in mind, you will have to accept whatever they ship without making any complaint.

Very disappointing experience with Trendize.
I ordered a dark brown chair cover set, but received a completely different beige-colored set. Despite receiving the wrong product, Trendize has not allowed me to return it, which is extremely frustrating and contrary to what is stated in their return policy.
Customers should not have to bear the inconvenience or cost of an incorrect product being shipped. The way this issue has been handled reflects very poorly on their customer service.
Extremely bitter experience. I would advise others to be cautious before ordering from Trendize.

Its a fraud company. They sent wrong item and when asking for replacement they made too much delay in responding and then said exchange window expired.
Their toll free number not working, WhatsApp is waste. Very bad customer support and full fraud.

Ordered for Chair cover , they sent a wrong one . On complaining theu informed that they did not have the stock which was ordered so they sent something else.

They delivered completely different colour and very dirty damaged sofa cover. I requested for a exchange but we have to send them with our expense. It's not accidentally happened, purposefully fraud compy. Never any product from them

I had VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE from Trendzie fitted bedsheet purchase. I ordered two beedsheets & paid the full amt but received totally wrong product. I raised a complaint but they not a all bothered to address it or refund the amt. Really SCAM PEOPLE THEY ARE

I had very bad experience from trendize. They don't have refund policy only replacement. so if you like dont like the product your money is gone. I had no option than replacing with product which I didn't like they refused to give refund also they did not deliver my order I had to pick it from courier partner. Stay away from fraudster. Also there product look good on website only.

I ordered Sofa cover on 12th May and made pre payment of Rs 4500 by GPay as they said they will give discount
Now, they have cancelled the order and not taking the telephonic calls.

Do not buy..This is a fraud company. First they send u wrong product and then noone picks up customer care centre. Then they will send u some voucher code instead of refunding your money saying product is not available..its a complete fraud

This is a complete fraud website. Nobody should buy from here. They have hired extremely rude, बेवकूफ or निहायती बत्तामीज and unprofessional people on WhatsApp who only respond until they receive your payment. After that, they completely ignore calls and messages if there is any issue with the product. And if you contact them from another number, they cut the call as soon as they hear your complaint. Their products are overpriced, low quality, and their customer service is absolutely pathetic. Save your money and stay away from this scam website. Worst shopping experience ever. If I could have given 0 stars I would have done that. Extremely disappointed with the experience of dealing with them. I got an entirely different product. I ordered a light green fitted bedsheet and I got a cheap dark blue blanket. Their customer care number doesn't work and WhatsApp customer care agent via chat told me that they cannot accept returns or exchanges although their return and exchange policy as on the website clearly says that return is possible. This is the worst experience ever. Wish I could post photos here so that more people don't get cheated

Worst company they cheated me with completely different n poor quality product n d customer service person was also rude i have d call recording of it.. I request to take legal action against the company n bring them down.. The product they show n the product they deliver is pathetic

Don't buy any product from hear they will send diffrent product and if you want to return or exchange they will give you the address and you have to send at your own cost

Extremely poor service and misleading order fulfillment. I ordered a 3 seater (2999/-)+2 seater(2499/-) NON SLIP QUILTED SOFA PROTECTOR MAT cover set, but what I received was completely wrong. One cover is for a 1-seater instead of the 2-seater I paid for and the other 3 seater cover doesn’t fit properly. Delivery took an unacceptable one full month, which already shows a lack of professionalism. After delivery, the seller has been totally unreachable. no response to calls and no replies on WhatsApp. On top of that, there is no return or exchange policy, leaving me helpless after receiving incorrect items. A complete waste of money. Do not recommend.
