Their service is very poor, they tell a lot of lies, they have not done any work for the last 5 days saying that it will be fixed in 2 hours but nothing done still wire break and nobody came to fixed this issue

The worst fiber broadband for wifi all time it network loss and when ever I call then technician come and said that it now start work maximum time wifi is disconnect or loss network or speed issue also
Do not take connection with triple play ever.
It has been only 10 days since took connection in noida from triple play.
You will face frequent disconnection for 30-40 mints which i am facing and now it has been 24 hrs since internet not working and they dont care what problems you will be facing,no customer importance.
I got slipped from airtel to tripleplay due to less costly package of 100 mbps but believe me 40mbps plan of airtel is far better than 100mbps of tripleplay.
They provide speed but with high latency, delay and packet loss ,you can measure this by having a continue video call ,you will get the difference.
Worst experience with tripleplay, never use their so called services, they always try to cheat their customers.
His executive Shubham has taken the complete payment of Rs 2593/- and connection never started.
Lateron his senior Dharamraj was also started calling and try to threatened when I requested for a complete refund.
They are fraudsters.
I have take a broadband connection at DLF phase 4 from TriplePlay broadband last year 2022 December. I got amazing speed 70-80Mbps in 100mbps plan. I face little bit of issue but they have resolved within given time. I am too satisfied with them.
I have taken a connection of Triple play in Delhi chattarpur area.
Your representative has taken 2000 rs security deposit against the modem.
Due to the bad services we have disconnected the service... deposited the modem in the month of May and now it's been 5 months , the person is not returning the amount.

I have hasba triple play connection in Sec 28 Gurugram since over a year. It has been a bitter and sweet experience so far
But the last 3 weeks have proven to be a monumental pain in the ass.
All I do is call them telling the net is not working band all they say is that they have a tyre puncture.
I feel their services to existing customers has deteriorated faster than I ever expected.
they are not responding on customer services either

This is the pathetic connection I have ever taken so far. I have alreqdy requested for refund and infact after ita being disconnected and the router returned to dealer. I HAVE NOT recieved the refund. Moreover the useless dealer is notbothering to answer my calls neither text. This is ridiculous. I am still eaiting for refund but but that dealer is not reapondibg at all.
So I subscribed to their broadband plan for a year as in our society there is no other option. Here is the list of issues:
1. Installation issues: After full & final payment upfront for a year, the site engineer said he does not have the fibre optic! After two days he came to install.
2. Free Router Scam: At the time of booking, I was told the TP-link router will be given free of charge with one year plan. However, again engineer said they don't have any router in stock and don't know when it will be available. Therefore, I had to buy a router from my own pocket!
3. Electrician Dept.: The lineman blatantly refused to lay the CAT6 wiring from ONT to the first floor and said I should hire someone to do this job! I had to pay 2K again to hire a private electrician to do this.
4. Activation: They activated only broadband but not the phone line. After 4 days and repeated follow-ups, my phone line was activated but only the incoming. Again took two days followup to get the outgoing activated.
5. Plan expiry: The phone like expiry date is still not correct. I was given 3 months free with one year plan, however the phone line still shows expiry after 12 mo. Repeated calls to the customer care did not resolve the issue.
6. Frequent Disconnection: Abrupt disconnections are very common. There is no proactive SMS service like Spectra or AirTel to advise customer of the maintenance or fault let alone the ETA for the fix.
7. Customer Support: No one greets or answers the call by addressing their name. Anyhow, for every issue they say will create a ticket, and after one hour that ticket is closed without any resolution. For simple questions like 'is there a call forwarding service on phone'.. they don't have an answer.
8. Site Support: The site engineer conveniently switches off his phone during a mass outage.
Biggest mistake of life. they will harass you every time. their customer care executive team will harass you. I have been waiting for a refund for 2 months. but they keep on saying that we will refund you shortly. I am going to file complain against them for legal action. There service is always been pathetic.
Worst service ever. Nobody will listen to you even after complaining
As the previous Review the service we received from Tripleplay was extremely poor & the charges are very high.
The reason for the 2 Stars is too long winded for here but my advice would be to look at alternative suppliers before deciding on Tripleplay.
