After a little trouble with communication everything was resolved. Back and forth communication through WhatsApp and email about changing the size for my order before it was sent to me. It was then shipped very quickly with a quality pair of trainers that I’m very pleased with.

Ordered 30th November, money taken 7th December. Item should’ve arrived within 2-5 days. It’s now 21st December and no item. Did respond to one email on 11th Dec to say item would arrive latest 17th. Still waiting…… tried to contact by email, what’s app and Instagram. Terrible! I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but this is now ridiculous and I have no present for my son!
The item arrived on 24th December, still no refund for the postal charge as promised though??
The item is genuine and as described, however the buying experience and delivery was terrible

Why doesn’t Trndz Boutique care about repeat business , customer loyalty, word of mouth, referrals, company brand etc…

Why even start a retail business if you can’t be bothered to adequately serve and support customers. It’s a bizarre & infuriating experience.

It’s actually unbelievable. Not only did I have to wait over a month for my delivery ( no updates or contact whatsoever) but they simply *DO NOT RESPOND to customers*. The website contact phone number is constantly forwarded to a Lyca mobile voicemail - 24/7. No answer, no call back. Same with the email address: Nothing.

The refund terms apparently give you 14 days to return an item but the process is so long winded : you must email them to request a ‘returns form’ and return address - AND THEY DONT REPLY to your emails and chase messages, which eats into your 14 days….

In the end i sent my item (recorded delivery & signed for ) back to the website registered address for fear of running out of time. I bought an item for £560 from these guys and they just will not respond or give me my money back.

I bought from you in good faith & now you are playing games. What are the customer options when we in get violated in this way ? Must we track down the owners of Capevinehill Ltd (owners of Trendz boutique) just for a straightforward refund ???

Wouldn’t it be easier to just treat customers with respect ?

UPDATE:it’s disgraceful they can find time to reply on here, but nothing to me privately!

Worse still they are deceiving everyone. They are NOT replying to me by mail or WhatsApp.

I’m not writing on here for no reason!! They received my unopened item back last Friday (recorded & signed for) & still pretend - yet - won’t issue my refund or give me an idea of an update. Should I post proof of receipt on this website just to get you to act appropriately???

Reading the reviews that are so negative on this small business is actually really sad, their app is amazing as you can track your order so easily when I did need to contact them to see if my item was being shipped it did take a few days for a response but over the Christmas period it’s understandable, I imagine they’re also very busy. But, I received my item today and it was packaged really well and shipped yesterday and it’s here by 10am so I can’t fault this company at all! definitely recommend ignore the other reviews!

They have become better at sending out delivery and they have good stuff at reasonable prices so they alright

Unbelievable - Trndz even tried to challenge the validity of my review, knowing full well they still have my money and have not replied to any messages. Well it seems they spend more time trying to discredit bad reviews than operating a trustworthy business. My review was verified by Trustpilot. Do not use these guys.

Didn’t even get my shoe sent then numerous emails texts on what’sapp aswell Instagram to no reply shocking

Sent my order back weeks and weeks ago and still haven’t heard anything back about my refund, I sent a number of emails about my refund as well and heard absolutely nothing. Shocking company to order from, absolute joke.

Trainers never turned up!
Did not answer any of my emails!
Avoid at all costs!

Horrendous service! Took the money for my order straight away but had to wait two weeks for delivery.
Needed to return the item, which they were very prompt with an email on what I had to do to return. Once returned it took six weeks to get my money back!!! Loads of calls, emails, what’s app messages with no reply other than answerphone message or a generic email to say they would get back to me. It was only when I sent an email threatening action through the small claims court that I received a refund.
Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole!

3 months on no refund of 150, and ignored by the company

Very slow with responses and difficult to get in contact with. Delivery took about a month!
Product was good though.

Extremely bad service from this company! Took money off me for something that was out of stock… ignored multiple attempts at contact. Kept telling me my item was on its way when it wasn’t. Took me 7 weeks to get a refund!

Never received my item and customer service number never gets answered.

Got an email on the 22nd June saying they were processing the refund 8 weeks later I still haven’t received it and no one is replying to my emails

Purchased an item and had to return for a refund, I received an email say they have approved my return and then another to say they have received my item back and will email me when refunded. 2 Months later still no refund, I have emailed them, messaged them on WhatsApp and now even messaged on Instagram. Still no reply and still no refund for £535 trainers

I originally sent the trainers back for a refund as I bought the same trainers in a different size from this company now I’m questioning if they are authentic going by the reviews and seeing how no ones getting there refunds. I have also noticed they have time to comment of some reviews but can’t reply back to messages and email. Be careful if buying because if you need an exchange or refund you won’t get a reply from the company
