Was very excited when I placed my order and couldn't wait to receive my new buggy. The following day I received an email stating that there would be a three week delay in shipping. So accepted this but hadn't heard from trocket golf in almost two months so tried to email and chat with no reply after approx three months I contacted their mobile phone number. To which I was told that there was a production issue and my buggy would be delivered in the next two weeks. So after approx 3 weeks tried making contact through chat and email through the website bit no answer. So once again through to the mobile phone no. To which I was told it will be delivered by the end of the week. I was frustrated and very concerned for the $1650 i had used to purchase the buggy and constant no reply so demanded that if the buggy didnt arrive i would be asking for my money back. Another week past by the due date and rang the mobile no again and demanded my money back to which they replied that it wasn't their problem it was a production issue. But they were happy to return my money. Another two weeks past and no money had been returned so raised a dispute with PayPal and requested my money back. 30 days later I received my money back. All good but no buggy which I had my heart set on. Three weeks later trocket golf sent me an email asking me to buy some upgrades items for the buggy I didn't receive. I seen red and replied to this email with an amount of abuse attached. This got their attention and they replied very appaulagetic. Then offered me a buggy be delivered by the end of the week and not util it arrives would I have to pay for the buggy. I had nothing to lose so agreed to these terms. Surprise surprise the buggy arrived the following week as they said and I paid the invoice the day after arrival. Very happy with the buggy just disappointed with the run around I received.

After I placed my order i received a call from the seller to offer me a refund and asked me for extra $40 for shipping even on his own website advertised free shipping, as per seller that the price I found online is not a retail price.

Love my QOD, only been able to use it twice, but have already fallen in love with it! After I’d finished playing, I still felt good! Love the size of it and how compact it is!

Still working on alignment of buggy which I have been getting some good service and assistance on but it is not perfect to date

I ordered a qod buggy in August and due to COVID issues didn’t receive it until Christmas Eve. Very happy with the buggy and the price from Trocket was very good.

Service was first class. Delivery surprised me with how quickly it arrived. Product exceeded my expectations.
