I still haven’t received my buggy yet and I ordered it July 11! There has been no communication where it is and how long it is going take! I would appreciate knowing if I am going to get the it. If you could please respond and give me some idea!!

I am delighted with my 'Kingcaddy' and the after sales service is impeccable. There is always someone there to answer questions. It is light and folds easily and once I had got the hang of the controls it is a dream to walk with.

Great service, ordered online and received a call within minutes to let me know the pattern I wanted was on back order which I had known about. Received regular updates regarding delivery and the product arrived as detailed. Grips were easy to apply and after 3 rounds with them I am extremely happy with how well they work. I will definitely be telling friends about the many benefits of these grips.

Ordered and told it would take 2 weeks and it is still not here. Emails go unanswered and text and calls to mobile number provided go unanswered.
Not impressed. Appreciate current crisis causes delays but at least have the courtesy to reply.
