Used to company for my sons wedding a good size marquee which was set up brilliantly by the boys would use them again

Used this vendor to fulfil one of our bookings as we were let down by our usual supplier. The company were very professional & swift. Spoke to Steven and he organised everything. Customer Service was great.

Assembling and Disassembling was straightforward and quick. Despite the cold weather marquee and pop-up useful and the heaters kept the marquee kept warm. Would recommend marquee lining to create luxurious atmosphere.

Planned my London wedding whilst working in France. Found Tru3 Events on Google and reached out to them. The Events Manager Hakim was brilliant, we had 2 zooms of consultations and he put a plan together which met all of our requirements. hakim & the team were fantastic, value for money and importantly Trustworthy.

Fantastic Service, Excellent Experience, Quality Customer Service and Fantastic delivery. We hired a marquee from them and later used them for our wedding decor. :)

I am extremely happy with the service I received. The team communicated really well before and on the day of the wedding & they were also punctual & well organised.

The marquee was an excellent quality with stunning decor to add to the day. I'm so happy that I have found a trusting marquee company that I will continue to use in the future.

The Royal Tank Regiment Association from Kent have been using Tru3 Events Marquees now for a number of years. Their help in designing what we wanted was second to none. Prices are very compatible and we are in the process of purchasing even more. You will find that Asad and Steven helpful, just ask.

3 years I’ve been messaging this company to get my deposit back after a cancellation, they refused to give me back my deposit money. I’ve been emailing them they’ve ignored me. Blocked me on WhatsApp. No contract was given, no terms and conditions were provided. Rude, unprofessional. Basically told me to go look up terms and conditions myself, nothing provided to me before booking. Please avoid this company, Allah SWT is my witness and on the day of judgement the brother who robbed me of my deposit will be held accountable. Disgusting that’s all I can say, sisters please be careful when dealing with people like this. They’re not a trustworthy company, I worked hard for my money and then this company just robbed me. Avoid at all cost, the worst company I’ve come across.

UPDATE!
I have all the proof and they have even requested details from trust pilot, which I have just provided them again. Shows how much they wasn’t bothered about my service and all in it for the money!

If I could post proof I would have done! Please stay away.

Hakim, we just wanted to thank you making our wedding days truly amazing! Tru3 Events squeezed two days with some very short notice changes (blame the wife) but you went above and beyond for us. Tru3 Events did an excellent job for a recent mehendi party at home. Asad was prompt in communication, available to help decide the necessary equipment and accomodating. Hakim was very careful - protecting my garden plants!! The team was very efficient in all aspects.We are extremely satisfied with the service.

Had a last min cancellation found these guys online .. gave them a call spoke to Hakim friendly chap saved my day. He sent a team within 2hours to set it up and would recommend them to everyone. Very reliable and friendly staff

We have been working with Tru3 Events since 2018 on a regular basis to help deliver our community projects, corporate days & regeneration consultations. Asad is great and very efficient event even at the last minute. The team are very professional and prompt. Highly Recommended

Asad and the team did a fantastic job supplying me with a marquee to host my daughters mehndi in my garden for 100 people. Tru3 Events also did the decor for the wedding at the venue. The team did a fabulous job.
