RIP offs! Stay away from this company. They take your money and then say the booking isn’t available at the venue and abuse you via emails when you ask for a refund. Very unprofessional. Stay clear and find a trusted person. I wish I had done my homework first.

I very rarely leave reviews and only do so when I don't get what I expect or I get more than what I expect. The latter is why I am leaving a review today. I have been with my Trusted Psychics lady for a good few years. I won't plug her and neither would she want me to. As I've logged on here to leave a review I read other reviews of course. A few things have struck me. People should read up on the type of reading that they want, whether it's Psychic, Mediumship, Tarot etc. It's not a one size fits all. A relationship between client and reader is paramount, just like any 'relationship'. The main thing is this. A reading is also about what a client brings to the table energetically too. Understandably people ring when they are upset, distressed, out of sorts or quite plainly angry. Extreme emotions disrupt the energy flow, can bleed into a reading and taint it. If you close yourself up when you are told something that you don't want to hear then effectively you close the reading. The same goes with noise in the background. TV's, barking dogs, trains and driving can also interfere. It's a Psychic reading and not a trip to Tesco! I just felt very strongly today after reading some of those negative reviews that I felt compelled to write this. So please do take responsibility for your own energy when choosing to have a reading. Full marks and 5* from a very happy customer.

Ive read lots of bad reivews about this psychic line, but im unsure why. Ive spoke to many brilliant readers who are always friendly and give me good, detailed readings. There is one lady reader called Axelle and she is the best! If you get through to her you will know you have found a genuine reader.

Some readers are good but they are not available very often. The ones that are more available are slow and vague, take ages to respond to messages and the system doesn’t allow you to leave anything less than a five star review as it doesn’t let you change the stars from 5. Hence, I doubt the review scoring system is accurate. It’s frustrating when you pay for minutes for a text reading and they take over 1 minute to respond, provoking more questions and wasting time.

I have been using Trusted Psychics messenger service for almost a year now and have spoken to lots of different psychics and here is my honest opinion.

Yes there are some on there who are not so good but there are some genuine ones on there. I have tried writing reviews on the readers but they never get posted. So I will list some readers and my experiences below. The best readers don't come online very often and when they do the same person will hog them for hours and then the reader logs off. Jacinta is supposed to be one of the best I have only ever seen her logged on twice in 12 months and she is busy with the same person for hours. TP need to address this as it isn't fair to others. They should impose a time limit to give someone else a chance to connect.

Sky:- Highly rated but for me predictions didn't materialise.

Sadie:- She was just plain mean and didn't offer any predictions or detailed insight not to mention she was wrong.

Phil:- He is O.K but can be a little abrupt and impatient.

Katie:- I like talking to her but she doesn't provide any psychic input in her readings she just chats to you like a friend.

Luna:- she is a very popular reader but she didn't resonate with me at all and got lots of information wrong and then tried to make things fit.

Lunara:- one of my favourites, she connects really well doesn't sugar coat anything has a really kind way of telling you what you need to hear.

Michael:- He gives very specific predictions, his predictions have been half right. I have received communication from people when he's said but the content of those conversations haven't been accurately predicted but I do think he is genuine.

Karen:- Great on current situations but not so much on predictions. Similar with a lot of psychics on this site.

Raven:- her first reading resonated her second one was totally different and she told me my ex cheated on me which isn't true.

Lion Sartori:- one of the best but I have only managed to connect twice in 12mths.

Barbara:- lovely but tells you what you want to hear.

Iyan:- I like him still waiting on predictions.

There are many others. I would say use the site experiment and take note of a few readers you like and just wait for them to come online. Also I did have an issue with payment and they were very polite and helpful.

Do not waste your time or money. These so called psychics tell you a pack of lies and prey on vulnerable people.

Really good for psychic readers who want to work really hard!

Quota is min. 20 hours a week, no walk in the parc but honest if you are very hardworking and reliable you will learn lots!

Don't work here unless you can commit to 1 unsociable hours 6 hour shift, and 20 hours a week like clockwork though.

Please do not use this company as they do not have any spirit readers, they were probably in a different job last week. It is a total scam and to be avoided by everybody, they prey on the most vulnerable people
So avoid phoning them at all costs and please find a different company

Hello I received a text reading from psychic Jasmine and she couldn’t see anything at all that would answer my question . Anyone could have answered the way she did . I asked her who in Spirit has got a message for me and she just said that there is passed loved ones who are with me and sending me love . Nothing in specific and that’s why to me it’s obvious that this psychic wasn’t able to say anything . I am unhappy about my experience because it didn’t meet my expectations at all . Thank you anyways .

I felt so lost and was at a time in my life where I felt like I needed some answers. Used a few of the readers before and they were ok but I chose a new one called Star and she were so precise in her predictions. One had already come true. Such a nice person I could have spoken to her for hours on end. Gave me hope in my time of bereavement . I found this company/website very unprofessional and the customer service team very rude. They just want you to make the money for them no matter what and staff/ readers are forced to lie to vurnerable people so they can stay on the line longer. I completely agree with all the negative comments about this family run company. And yes, I have to mention the sex line too, they offer that as the other option for psychic/ tarot readers. They totally forget that you are the one paying their wages but they still want you to do "designated shift". They just rip people off on both sides - customers and readers too.

As an ex employee of this company, I have to say it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had, in just about every sense. I am a professional reader of 8 years and I consider myself one of the few who are not in the business of preying on vulnerable people and telling them what they want to hear, just to make a quid, which is what seems to be the entire premise of this so called family run business. First of all, there is no vetting process for any readers to test if they actually have legitimate psychic ability... I don't want to undermine all readers on here as I am aware there are a few that are very good, but the majority are very bad and bordering on talentless. I know this because I have spoken to them myself. This is supposed to be a company where a reader can choose their own schedule to suit their lives, as long as you work 12 hours or more a week, but this is really not the case. The harassment from staff is constant, even if you're a couple of minutes late for a shift, the Miss Trunchbull-esqe line manager, thinks that it is completely within her rights to browbeat and bully you like a school child and try to force you to work more hours so they can line their pockets. She's on you like a rat up a drainpipe if you miss a call and they will threaten to remove you from the system if it happens more than once. If you happen to miss a shift for whatever reason, then you must do a 'make up shift' because as far as they are concerned, you owe them one. It costs the average caller 45p a minute, of which the reader receives a fraction of that for their services. In the time I worked there, I was on 12p a minute, which remained the same even when the caller was paying the higher per minute amount. They don't pay you for the first minute of your call either. If you work from a landline rather than a mobile phone, you get the higher rate which is around 16p and this also applies if you work more than 20 hours of the week, although you have to be doing this for the entire month to get that higher rate, not just one week. I noticed that there was a deficit in my earnings (I wasn't checking it regularly) over a 5 month period when I should have been receiving the higher rate but was paid the lower rate. I called in to query it to see if it could be straightened out but they told me that they could only backdate payments for 1 week, so therefore I would just have to accept it. This is generally how they treat their readers and they constantly recruit new ones. The staff will always encourage you to keep the caller online for as long as you possibly can and you can consider yourself disciplined by none other than Miss Trunchbull if the time spent in each call doesn't touch a certain amount of minutes. There are a lot of people calling in this line that are vulnerable adults, many with legitimate mental health issues and not at any point have I encountered concern or any type of advice given to readers regarding advice or aftercare for these people. I recall a conversation with a line manager laughing about a particular long time customer who, "had been trying to commit suicide for 12 years" which I thought inexcusable. They have a convenient loophole by branding this work 'entertainment' which absolves them from taking any accountability for exploiting people's vulnerabilities. One of the office personnel who is also a reader told me she lacked confidence in her reading ability but was told by management just to make it up as she went along. The other thing this company won't tell you is that they also have a sex line, which is manned simultaneously by some of the psychics and office personnel, you get the option to do both. My experience with trusted psychics really was a lesson learned. A misdirected exercise on my part as I was trying to find my feet in the world of professional reading which a bunch of negligible cowboys with only concerns for the money they are earning from their reader's skills and caller's problems. I sent an email on one occasion to let them know that I had some ongoing concerns within my family that I would need to take some time out for, this was no small thing that I was dealing with... and after a couple of weeks, I found myself removed from the platform with no notice or any communication from anyone. It really was a blessing in disguise, all said and done. Needless to say, neither the company owner or her audacious, ill mannered little daughter have any psychic ability themselves, so their competence to run a business dealing with genuine readers seems highly questionable. This company really needs to be moderated at the very least and at best, shut down. There is nothing trusted about these people, zero integrity, no company ethic, just sleazy, greedy opportunists. It won't be long before they're obsolete. There's a prediction for you, free of charge.
