An Absolute Samples of an EX-Bankrupt Company they class every Training strap as there rights - What ever other Brand/Make you sell on any Market place platforms. Their hinchman Redpoints.com will get your Listings Pulled/Removed for Violations ,Even when you take your own Pictures and use your own Descriptions and The straps you are selling has nothing to do with TRX Straps Twice this has Happened to me.Fair enough you could say they have rights with their own Products,However they Have NO rights what so ever telling you what,when or how much you sell your Items for Its not even Their Brand ,You are not allowed to sell any another Brand not even related to TRX on any Platform.
TRX (Fitness Anywhere LLC) went into bankruptcy in June 2022 and Not surprised if you have a Bully attitude to people selling/Reselling your Goods.So if you Buy new from them and after a while decide these Straps are not suitable for you thinking you can resell think again!!,Redpoints will not let you so dont buy their rubbish on the principle you cant sell them On.
TRX and Redpoints want the market place for themselves. They want the market place to only have TRX Training straps and sold at full Market Value they do not like sellers picking up their goods at a low Price and re-selling at a sensible affordable price with a small profit even if you are using your own pictures and Descriptions. There is no copyright and Violations and does not come into affect.The only Violations is Redpoints on Your rights as a seller so This is just TRX/REDPOINTS Bully's trying to dominate the market with there High Value still made in China Straps so dont buy their straps use other brands that will respect your rights to resell in the event they are no longer required.

Horrible. I bought a TRX suspension system for use at home. It arrived on time and as expected. Here's the kicker...they offer a 90 Day FREE trial of their app. I never even set mine up or used it. Just discovered they've been auto-charging me every month. The website is a nightmare to get into and cancel the membership that I never signed up for. Total scammers.

Weights were delivered with the smell of a garage filled with diesel buses (nothing obvious on the boxes). Smelled up my entire house. Then, tried to get an RMA, filled out their forms and they told me I didn't, Sent proof that I did and still waiting for my RMA. Worst customer service.

While the product is good, their customer service is painful. Try to find another company with a better after sales service.

You have to go to customer service which makes a chocolate teapot seem like a useful addition to your kitchen

Do yourself a favor and stay clear. I made an unintentional purchase, with trx obtaining my credit card data from house.com and with the transaction going through even though I didn't provide my credit card details or address (and I believe I clicked on a button called "proceed" not "purchase"). Emailed their customer services department (within minutes afterwards) to cancel, but was advised that it is impossible as they have no control over orders once those are placed apparently...

Well, I think the average reviews here don't lie, so just nudging the average a bit closer to one, where it should be. Now also logged the transaction as fraudulent with my credit card company.

My incomplete order took 9--yes nine--emails to their customer service line, each of which resulted in a warm "thank you for my patience" but zero action.
I finally disputed the transaction with Amex and told TRX I wanted a refund of my missing gear.
Magically, the item "shipped".
Actually they grossly misled me and only printed a USPS label.

I paid for the monthly subscription. It refused to acknowledge my payment when I went to use the app. But it did charge my credit card. I tried to get help, and only AI would help me. AI was worthless. I noticed that eBay has off brand set ups, which are as good if not better and you can find a lot of free content on YouTube. This company is a scam. They are worthless. When I went searching for YouTube videos, they had the owner on. His demeanor says it all. Step away from the car.

Ordered through Argos, nothing arrived after 14 days. Got in touch with TRXtraining customer service who were absolutely shocking. Claimed they didn't know anything about the order and then stopped responding to emails, didn't want to help at all. This company is so bad, even Argos couldn't get in touch with them. Avoid at all costs.

'TRX TRAINING WALNUT CREEK' Watchout for this trick. TRX tried to charge me a year later for £39.99 for training I did not access at any time. Buying the physical product is not the same as these online training 'products' they deliver. But hey in my opinion once TRX or other companies has your credit card details you may be vulnerable. Be careful.

This company has the WORST ETHICS EVER!!!! if you try to sell the product you DID NOT USE on EBay or Mercari or any other site, they will instantly report you as a fraudulent, counterfeit product and have you removed without any recourse. This happened to me several times, even though I was selling a brand new item that was still in a sealed box because it was a gift. They are despicable.

Scam company. Charge crazy money for a few straps. But the real criminality kicks in when they then come back to dip into your account for more money.

Do not create an account! They never respond and take money from your card even though you don't use their service.

Absolutely awful customer service!!! I purchased a gift voucher from uk for my US friend and she is unable to make the voucher work. We have both tried numerous times to contact customer service and it is impossible. The chat/bot system is completely frustrating and they never answer emails. I am unable to locate a phone number which is highly suspicious! I am $100 out of pocket and my friend is gift less. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!!

TRX has great quality products for a premium price but still a good value based on quality. Their customer service/support however is another story.

I ordered the TRX Pro 4 suspension system 7 days ago but at this point I don't have any solid info as to when I will receive it. After 5 days with no shipping info, and based on their listed 5 - 7 day average delivery time, I made several attempts to contact TRX customer service, via both email and web chat, for a status which was like pulling hen's teeth to get any kind of response. When I finally did get a chat response the shipping info was vague at best, accompanied by what sounded like excuses previously given to other posters here. The shipping info I have been provided has changed the estimated delivery date three times in 24 hours. At this point who knows when my order will be delivered.

My advice would be to purchase your TRX product through a third party that has stock and solid customer support/communication system in place. My own experience is that TRX customer support is tedious at best.

Having read the reviews I nearly gave it a swerve, but as I was in no rush, and there was a good offer on, decided to risk it. Ordered about 10pm on Monday, delivered about 2pm Wednesday. I can’t see that you can get better than that.

An absolute joke of a company. Items missing from my order and it’s impossible to contact them. Chat doesn’t work and no one is replying to emails. Stay well clear of them
